If I could leave a zero star review that is exactly what I would do. I purchased a vehicle with this dealership back in 2021 and it has been nothing but terrible experience since then. My grandfather has been a lifetime customer of there’s (which continued when we purchased my car there together) and they still continue to try to get one over on both myself and my mother. After purchasing my vehicle with them a year later I tried to trade it in, I had fixed the issues they sold it to me with even after their service department had attempted to charge me an insane amount over multiple visits when it was a recall the entire time. They offered me a ridiculous amount for my car ONLY A YEAR AFTER PURCHASE AND IN BETTER CONDITION. I finally got fed up with it and I ended up getting a new car at another dealer. Now currently, my mom went in to get a SIMPLE oil change and then picked up her car to it not being able to run. Her car keeps dying and they are now saying that her oxygen sensor is bad expect there were no issues prior to he oil change. A $40 oil change for her has now turned into an $800 fix. Mind you we took it back to them twice before having to go elsewhere because they could not fix the issue they caused. I now work at a car dealership as a sales consultant and am fully aware of how things work, I understand issues, I am a very logical person with normal expectations and I have never been so fed up with a company In my life. I waited a really long time to leave this review because I did not want to but with the current issues my mother is going through I want everyone to be aware that this dealership is not the place to do business, unless you want a car in terrible shape and then take it to be fixed and leave with it worse again. This dealership is a never ending money pit. If you need a vehicle please skip this place and come see me at Jeff Wyler Toyota in Clarksville, it’s a bit of a drive but I can promise you’ll spend less in gas then you will in repairs at brownings Chevrolet.

The website has a coupon $54.95 for oil change and tire rotation. I have got my oil changed twice and they say your tires don't need rotated. And won't honor the coupon. So they have lost my business forever. This is why it's hard to shop locally.

Brought a tire to be patched, the person who helped me told me that it was not repairable. So i decided to by a used tire for 50$ as I desperately needed a tire I agreed, but then he says it’s 25$ to mount it. 75$ for a used tire. As i needed the tire i had no choice , i paid. Go to Shelby. There are plenty of places cheaper.

Great people, I ran into an issue recently with a battery (among a few others; they helped needless to say). And they helped me, I'm a single father and my vehicle literally stopped starting in the parking lot, over another issue.. but I was able to get it goin within a little time and they seemed very family oriented and we're respectful
