Unfortunately, I would not recommend due to lack of compassion by this organization's leadership for families or staff members, poor communication, and lack of structure. There are several things that need to be addressed from the top of the chain and working to the bottom in order to see improvement.

I only have good things to say about this place. My daughter loves Bright Horizons. They do different activities every day. The whole team is very positive and supportive. The teachers are always very caring and understanding. It is great that they have an open-door policy and that they keep you informed of your child's condition with photos frequently throughout the day. Whenever I visit the school, all the classrooms are very clean, and all the teachers take care of the children. Having an indoor playground for bad weather and the chance to spend time outdoors in good weather is also a plus.

The lack of compassion, communication, and understanding for others by management and staff members that have been there for a while makes it difficult for new and incoming staff and children to thrive in.

Our older daughter attended for five years until she started kindergarten. The pre-k program was excellent and she was more than ready for k when she started. When it came time to start our younger daughter, we interviewed several places and made the decision to come back as many of the personnel were the same and we love and trust them. Both of my children have dietary restrictions and the center worked closely with me to make sure everyone was comfortable with the food options. Additionally, diversity of backgrounds is an important value for my family and this location has excellent diversity in both students and care givers!

We had wonderful experiences at Bright Horizons for our kids. The teachers truly cared about them as if they were their own. I was impressed by the number and variety of daily activities they provided the kids, including age-appropriate art, math, science, and reading. Our kids loved their school and we will truly miss all our teachers and the administration!

As a former employee this Bright Horizon always made me feel welcome as a substitute and the administrators and my co-workers all cared and were understanding and worked with me on my weird schedule. They care about each other and the children and I enjoyed working with them.

Our child was in the Toddler classroom with Ms. Lashae and Ms. Ronesha. As first-time parents, we were very nervous to be away for the first time. Ms. Lashae was our primary point person during our time there and would always greet us with an excited "Good morning!" and enthusiastic remarks at the end of the day about how the day went and the progress our child was making. As first-time parents, this means so much! Getting the pictures throughout the day and updates when I would come to pick up, made me know that our toddler was cared for and nurtured so lovingly while with Ms. Lashae and Ms. Ronesha.Airin and her team were so incredible to us. Airin held our hand every step of the way with this transition to daycare for our family. I do not know how she and Julie juggle all of their responsibilities so gracefully and can be so responsive to calls and emails while also keeping the center running safely and efficiently. Huge kudos to them!!!

I've been bringing my son here almost a year now and the teachers and staff have been a pleasure! The app is updated as they go along during the day with pictures and their logged info (naps and food). The last couple months have been trying for everyone but they have met the challenge with going above and beyond the necessary Covid protocols. Their caring attitude and nurturing environment makes me feel confident that I chose the right place for my son.

My kid went to this daycare for about 6 months when he was ~9 months old. It was one of the more expensive ones I evaluated and with a longer waiting list but it was well-worth it. Some turnover but not huge, and very kind and receptive staff. I loved his teacher who gave him lots of hugs and attention. I cried when I left them but the downtown location was killing my commutes in and out of the area during rush hour. Highly recommend this school and location.

Modern, developmentally appropriate childcare that respects families & cultures, and provides hands-on education. Worth the cost for the safe, clean, and well-managed environment.
