When it comes to working on my m5, Paul is the best. He talks me out of repairs I don't need and shoots me straight when it's time to bite the bullet. Before finding Paul I took it to the dealership and a few other shops, and WOW did that cost a hefty premium. He's a good mechanic, and an ever better person.Services: Oil change

This is my new mechanic. He is the owner and the mechanic. Super nice and very humble. He is fair priced and that is a true understatement. You can bring your own parts and his work is superior to the bigger franchisees. This place is a must visit for your car repairs. Big ole tire wanted to charge me 1500 bucks for what he did for 240. Go here dont get ripped off

his family completely ripped me off. they made me pay up front for parts and labor. Jay assure me that he could replace a damaged wiring harness and computer on my modified Corvette. After months of waiting he called me and said he needed me to load the tune or he couldn't do the crank relearn in the car after replacing the computer and I did as a favor for him. He couldn't do the crank relearn because of a cam code. He blame it all on me loading the tune and said since I loaded the tune he wasn't responsible and said it is beyond my ability to fix your car. He refused to fix my car and said if I didn't pay immediately he was going to charge storage. I have it in writing that if the cam code was due to any fault of him he would pay for repairs. so I had the car towed to AUTOMOTION and they found it was a simple cam connector which he repaired. I called and jay said he would reimburse me but he never did. He reprogrammed my body control module with wrong program and that caused more problems and I had to pay to get that fixed. His receipt just has parts and labor totals so you have no ideal what he charged you for. There is a special place in hell for mechanics like Jay. This guy couldn't figure out a simple connector. It cost me about 500$ to finish my car not to mention that my fans didn't work the radiator wasn't installed correctly and I had to strap the harness all over the car.Great thanks to AUTOMOTION for fixing my car and I highly recommend them for you repairs.

August 2019 by Ben J.
Took my vehicle here in April 2018 for an electric issue that was draining the battery. Paid $300 for a new battery and the diagnosis that the prior battery wasn't strong enough. February 2019 took the car back because it was totally dead. Called numerous times and all I could get was "haven't had time to get to it". Finally in July after 5 months, I retrieved the car and had it repaired elsewhere. The new repair center put the correct battery in and the vehicle is fine. Louisville Auto Electric denies they put in the wrong battery and because I cannot return that battery they will not honor the warranty. I feel since I had already paid for the repairs, my vehicle should have been a priority. If work was being done during the five months it was there as they now claim, I should have been able to get an update, Instead of "I haven't been able to get to it"
