The young girls are very rude and give off racist. Ignored my mom and I until we asked several times for help. Then when we asked for help another hat she proceed to say the wall is too expensive when we didn’t ask about price. Specifically the curly blonde girl but both blonde ladies ignored us. The manager was the ONLY person to speak to us on the way out.

This is embarrassing. This is only my second time in this store, The first was equally awful but I gave it a pass because it might've been an off day.
The place is run by teenagers, with no understanding of the products (unless maybe festival attire) or the concept of customer service. Another reviewer mentioned gone are the days of western wear experts, and I wholeheartedly agree.

Very nice people. Chloe was very helpful, she took time to help us find the boots that we wanted. Thank you for great customer service. We will be back.

My complaint really isn't about the employees, but the expectations they are given by the employer. As well, this is an issue of my own perception of what a western wear store is.
For you old people, you remember what a western wear store was like. Excellent customer service. You would get sized for your boots and for your hats. The employees were specialists in western wear and knew about head shapes and how certain feet fit into certain boots. They knew how boots would break in and so on.
That is dead and gone. Listen guys. I want to buy a nice pair of boots. What I do not want to do is buy the WRONG boots. And that is my fear with cowboy boots, buying the wrong pair.
The customer service you get here is about what you would get at a Target in the clothing section. I was there the other day and there seemed to be a total of two employees, both of which were helping a single customer find a single pair of pants. All the while there are six other customers in the store. Were they greeted and asked if they needed help? No. The young people working here probably have no idea how western wear stores used to be, and as such have no clue what expectations are projected upon them.
Where does the fault lie? I don't know.

They told me they had wide calf boots. Employee just smirked at me as she handed me a boot that didn’t fit over my calves. Asked a lot of questions, got vague answers. Just kept offering me the stretching service for boots. Hard to agree with the services if I can’t get a boot on to see if it fits me correctly. Gave up asking her for help. Felt embarrassed by the end of the trip for a part of my body I can’t change. Wont coke back to this location.

I've always preferred BB over Cavenders but this one didn't have anything i liked or in my size. I went with the intention of spending about $1000 but walked out with nothing. O well

it's amazing. Went there looking for some red boots. The solid red ones were dressy. I needed real horseback riding gear. Didn't get what I wanted, got what I needed. The sales staff were helpful. Great sale price. Definitely will recommend

Was in the week before Christmas about 6:30. Had to hunt for help- lady only brought 2 of 3 pair I wanted to try on- then never saw her again. Husband wanted help with a Stetson no one around- literally staff walked by me not asking if I needed help and I wanted to try a different pair but couldn’t find the lady. We left frustrated and disappointed. Very VERY POOR customer service!

Bought a pair of Cody James work boots, the soles on both boots split fully across shoe. I took them back prior to warranty expiring, the manager replaced them, called me a liar & said she will not do it again. The second pair is now 6 months old and both soles have split crossways again. No, I do not bend over and work on my knees, I'm 62 years old and I only walk on my job. These shoes are comfortable but no quality or workmanship in these boots.

The young lady name Lesie who assisted us in our shopping and check out was great! Very kind and helpful! Thank you!We would have given a 5 star but while there waiting in line - Bailey (asst sales mgr) was extremely rude to another coworker(man). The good part is that he knew exactly what he was doing and explained that to her. It was like she was on a power-trip, loud and in front of paying customers and other employees. VERY unprofessional and rude.I would hope that the employer would train and/ or select appropriate people for all management levels.
