I needed a new phone as mine wouldn't charge any longer. Got an upgrade was in and out in about 15 minutes. I believe the guys name that was taking care of was Abraham. Top notch customer service ?

I came in today to help someone get set up on the ACP phone. I was advised by Abraham that an existing boost customer could not port their active number to the ACP phone. I called 611 on the new phone and spoke to a csr who was successfully able to Port the active number over. If you are a customer of boost and switch to the ACP they will issue a new number. Then you can call 611 and they will port your number over. Do not take the first no as the final answer.
