I worked with Dan Kaplan to select and purchase new appliances for my kitchen and he is FANTASTIC! Dan is very knowledgeable, patient, and willing to go the extra mile. If you are shopping for new appliances and looking for an A+ salesperson, be sure to ask for Dan Kaplan.

Incredibly dissatisfied! Received an attorney's letter today stating we wouldn't pay the balance of our bill. We have had every intention of paying this once the problem with our refrigerator and freezer were fixed. They have never been fixed. They are top of the line Thermador products where we've submitted claims through the manufacturer. Bonnycastle did not provide the full details of their "Honest and Fair Appliance Repair " reports and instead of providing what the manufacturer needed - they are suing us for non payment- this is out of laziness on their end. They also did not share verbally or on paper that they have a third party install and "repair" their products they sell. This is another expense to the home owner. We are neighbors and wanted to support our local company- but we are beyond disappointed with this company! The worst !!!!!!

Customer service was awkward & after buying an almost 4K stove they wouldn't help wrap or load it. They told me I needed to have it picked up next day while raining. Unprofessional unmotivated men work there.

I had a great experience with Bonnycastle when we purchased our first set of laundry machines after moving into a house without these appliances. When we decided we wanted a second set, I was overwhelmed thinking about how I’d find someone to cut the dryer vent, do the plumbing, and add an electrical plug for the new machines. I called bonnycastle to explain what I wanted. They came out and verified it was feasible given our current setup, and then we were off to the races. Once I gave them the go-ahead, they were able to handle all aspects of adding the second set, so I never had to find different tradesmen myself for each component of the project. This was extremely helpful and reassuring. The machines were in stock, and I was doing dual loads of laundry within a week! Bonnycastle turned what I thought would be a nightmare project into a dream. Highly recommend this company for when you have a complicated appliance project that requires more than simple installation. Bonnycastle will be our first stop for future appliance needs.

THERES NO HASTLE AT BONNYCASTLE !!! I needed a washer on the fly and for a good price. Home depot was a 2 week wait. Bargain supply was just under 2 weeks. These folks had it there the next day. It took 8 minutes to purchase and set up delivery. Thank you to Lee Lutz for the help in store. Leroy Miller delivered it and it's perfect! Thanks so much Team!

I shop appliances often at Bonnycastle. The sales people are professional, prompt, and always looking for manufacturer promotions to help our clients save. Absolutely visit their showroom! They have gone above and beyond throughout the challenges of the supply chain crunch. (Review by trade professional)

If an appliance arrives at your home damaged you would normally anticipate that the store would immediately, or as soon as possible, replace it with the same or comparable unit, no questions asked. No additional time wasted on your part.Do not expect this from Bonnycastle Appliances, especially if you have purchased a GE appliance (though we were told by our salesman that all appliance companies are similar). Instead, you will get a very time-consuming “policies and procedures” run-around that can take months to resolve. Ok. But who would you expect to do all of the work with the large company on your behalf to get you satisfaction? The store, right? But at Bonnycastle, you can expect that a great deal of the workload for getting things through multiple policies and procedures (at the store, with your installer, and with GE) will fall on you, not on Bonnycastle’s employees - who, it turns out are both over-worked and claim they are virtually powerless to help you in any direct way (because the companies have tied their hands). Our range hood arrived damaged and would not work on installation. Instead of having the time and asserting what influence they have to work on our behalf to replace it, our salesperson, Dan involved us in a lengthy and complicated GE Warranty process (remember, it was defective on installation and never used), and we had to go through a Warranty inspection process by a GE installation team (think two weeks turnaround and time spent scheduling) and then, we had to take responsibility to try to get GE to actually replace and reinstall the unit. The help received: “we’ve called them and they have your case number. To schedule a replacement, here is the GE warranty 800 number. We’ll keep calling as well.” This triangled us again, right in the middle of a lengthy Warranty process, and cost us another two hours on the phone with the store and with GE.Contrast this with our experience with Door Store and Windows, another local company. They installed an expensive Marvin window, and after a 6-hour installation noticed a small crack in the window frame. Instead of involving us in a lengthy warranty haggle with Marvin (a large company), they gave us three simple options: 1) they repair it, 2) Marvin repairs it, or 3) they do all they work behind the scenes and get Marvin to replace it. We chose option three, and they did all the work to make sure it was done, while moving us to the head of their install line, giving us a new install date as soon as was possible. No time spent calling, haggling, or scheduling anything. That’s good service by a local company!Enough said. As much as I hate “big box” appliance stores, they may be the ones to visit these days, if you want a store with any power or leverage to be your advocate in these circumstances and who might also have the inventory to replace something on your behalf quickly while they work things out behind the scenes.

Dan is the best. As a REALTOR I have sent clients to him and I had him get a me new fridge as well. He goes above and beyond when determining the right choices for his customers. My clients and I drive upwards of 90 mins to use Dan instead of closer options because he and Bonnycastle are the best.

My salesperson was Dan Kaplan and he provided excellent service. He answers emails faster than most people answer texts! He kept in contact with me through out my entire kitchen remodeling project and kept me updated on the status of my appliance orders. He even followed up with me after each install to make sure all was well. He is also a very nice person! I recommend you ask for Dan when you visit their showroom.

A little old with a little new, great service, we started at lowes, but past Bonnycastle on the way home. There was no pressure, they staid within our budget and with an old home with a weird shaped Kitchen found us all new appliances that would fit. They connected us with installers that were awsome, on time and respectful. Thank you thank you -

I talked with a salesperson about what I wanted in a washer and dryer. He did not try to sell me more than I wanted. He was courteous and helpful. The appliances came in when they were expected. The only bump in the road was on the delivery: Initially, I requested a certain date but then realized I could not accept delivery on that date. I called Bonneycastle but it was not put into the system so I received a call saying they were going to deliver them on the initial date. I explained the situation and they rescheduled for the second date. However, this second date was never given to the delivery man. Thankfully, it was caught in advance. Bonnycastle gives a discount if you don't use a credit card. The installation went well.
