This is a shout-out to Coslow Auto Repair. Do not take your vehicle to them, they are liars and greedy as hell. I spoke with them on the 28th of January and then had my van towed there. I told the man what was going on and that I was on disability and dealing with several recent injuries and that my daughter would be paying for my repairs when she received her taxes. Billy was very friendly and flirty and said it wasn't a problem he'd take good care of me. I never heard from him again until February 4th that my van needed a valve head casket (he also claimed it was the fault of the last mechanic I went to that didn't properly replace it when my timing chain was replaced but my receipt shows he replaced the valve cover casket which is a seal and way cheaper @ $29.00 dollars so that's fraud number #1) Anyhow they quoted me a price of $398.00. I then asked if that also had something to do with the front wheel rubbing noise I told him about??? They said they didn't realize that ??? (Really because my GPS tracker on my van said you test drove it twice and the codes show brakes were an incident were you stopped to fast) so then I get another call several days later that they replaced the brake pad (brake pads are only about $40 a set) and said it'll be another $150. (my receipt shows they charged me $200 fraud #2) They had my van from the 28th of January and didn't completely repair it until around the 8th. They called me a said the repair total was $548. (But my receipt showed $583.44 fraud number #3) When I spoke to Billy around the 8th he asked when I could pay this and I told him we had already discussed that I was waiting on my daughter to get her taxes and it would be a few weeks and he said that wasn't a problem. Then on the 24th my daughter called them to make the payment and they wanted cash. She told them she lived in Somerset and that she couldn't so they charged her another $40 on her card fraud #4. Now comes that shocker. When all is said and done I can't get my van back until I pay $510 for storage fees. WTH!!! Do we get to arguing back and forth that I was never EVER told this or I would have removed my van and went somewhere else. They claim they told me this plus left messages on my phone. That was and is another lie. So then they claim out of gratitude they would knock a week off but that they wanted cash. My daughter and I said no we need a paper trail and proof of these payments. Then they claim well we'll have to charge you a fee for using the card plus taxes and 4%. Fraud #5. Billy claims he's been a mechanic for years and years and knows his business. Well really because it shows you didn't get a business license until 8/2019 and before that you worked out of your girlfriends garage. SMH. Then he shows me a document he has in the garage that I could swear was not there before claiming that is after 3 days after complication of the repairs and it's not picked up there is a $25 dollars per day storage fee. I never once was told this nor made aware of it nor did he has me sign any papers for the repair during the 28 days he had the van and considering he never completed the repairs until the 8th and the grace period of three days the storage fees would have started on the 13th until the 24th. And I'm a text message they claim to have knocked of a week then it would have been only 4 days (fraud #6) of storage fees but it cost nearly $400 to get the van back. Not once ever did they claim we have to charge you storage fees, not in person, not on any of the phones call between us and never over voice mail as they claimed. So for a repair job I received several mechanic told me for parts and labor should have ran me between $150 and $200 dollars but with their claim of cost and storage fees it cost $1019.44 ( One Thousand and nineteen dollars and forty four cents) to get my van back. SMH so I guess they messed with the wrong redhead. I have reported them for fraudulent busin

Fantastic guys that actually car about you and your safety. They charge appropriately and are honest guys that aren't interested in taking you on a trip of confusion. In other words- they had no problems in explaining what the issue with my car was...But in girl terms- cause Lord knows I don't know cars! ?
