They need to widen the checkout area. Every time we’re in there, someone tries to get by with their cart and it’s too narrow. 2 carts do not fit side by side. It’s chaos when busy. Terrible checkout design/set up.
Usually always friendly workers- not so much today but usually. We always seem to get good deals; they do military discount on top of other deals which is so nice.

I am Cuban. At Big Lots I find everything that my imagination created and that I never thought that this wonderful country would find. If there were more stars for Big Lots, I would give them to them. The hug and congratulations for the lady who collects. Is very kind. Good for you!!! My applause for what they offer and for the quality of their services!!!NOTE: I LOVED THIS WATCH. BARELY I CAN, I'LL BUY IT!!!
