Growing frustrated because I do not know how long it's going to be before they reopen the Big lots on Dixie Highway behind the Chick-fil-A in Louisville Kentucky. I have emailed them twice and no response.

The cashier Trevor is as rude as they come. Trevor talks shit about customers to all the other customers that’s in the line waiting to be checked out. Trevor also tells customers that the customer doesn’t know how to count money & starts acting a fool etc…
The Manager Christian seemed to be very professional & stated he would be letting Trevor go that same day, we stated we weren’t trying to get anyone to lose there job, but thought he definitely needed to address the situation & Christian stated he is definitely letting Trevor go due to the situation that just happened at that moment also because he has had multiple customers come to him complaining about how rude Trevor has been to them & to others.
2 days later we had to run into big lots & Trevor was definitely still being the cashier & of course being rude & talking shit about other customers to customers. Doesn’t seem like Christian did anything at all, besides lie to us…
Very disappointing!
We will be taking our business elsewhere!

Great service and I’ve been here twice. Roy who is a cashier and Charles is the bomb.com, fast and friendly and the store is clean. I wish I could 10 ⭐️ this store!
