I wrote a review of this excellent company the night I bought my car, but I don't see it listed, so I must have done something wrong and am trying again.
Edgar gave me a great deal on a great used car. Ross made sure I had the opportunity to drive the car for a few hours and have any concerns addressed by their mechanic, Chad before I decided to buy. Chad even put the car on a lift so I could see there was no rust issue and he clearly and satisfactorily answered other questions I had. Then Ross made the purchasing process painless and pleasant.
This company is truly trustworthy, kind and professional. I will recommend to anyone looking to buy a reliable used car to check out Best Buy Motors in Jeffersontown, KY as their first stop. Most likely, it will be their only stop.

I have just purchased my sixth car from Best Buy Motors over the past 15 years, for my two sons, daughter in law, my wife and my self twice. I am in sales for a living and drive 40000 miles a year. We have never experienced any major situations or had any issues that was not handled in a quick and very professional manner, by ownership or their service department.They have a wide range of inventory for any price range, their cars are clean and well maintained inside and out! Great imports and domestic models, that their service center is always there to help and service. A One stop shop for sales and service with out the hassle of big dealership!

**UPDATE** Following the posting of this review, the owner, Edgar, reached out to apologise directly and make it right. We chatted about the experience and as a result, I'm upping the rating to four stars due to his kindness and quick responses. **ORIGINAL REVIEW** Went here and found a perfect car. Low mileage, great condition, (so it seemed) and in my price range. Went in to apply and that's when it got frustrating. Waited for 15 minutes... 30 minutes... 45 minutes... Finally after an hour had passed, went to check with the manager who shrugged and said he had submitted my application to two banks and it was turned down. Not being able to get financing is not the dealers fault, however, not once did I get an update other than being told it would be "just a few minutes." Why they didn't tell me the first time it declined (and asked of I'd like to keep trying instead of sitting there) I don't know. There was a half-hearted "sorry" and I was asked if I'd been told that the car had a branded title. (I had not.) The delay impacted my ability to shop elsewhere as I needed to be somewhere in the afternoon. I've never had it take so long just for an application.

Awesome customer service and selection. The Lev and Edgar guys are superb, very responsive, patient and knowledgeable in what they sell. I'm very happy with the purchase of my new wheels. Post purchase follow-up and service is another huge plus with these guys. Will definitely be back for my next vehicle and service for years to come.

Wow I love this place!! This is my second time bringing my 2007 Cadillac SRX to them. First time was last year when no one in town could fix it when the key wouldn't come out of the ignition but they did at Best Buy and no problems since. Now this time I took it in and Chad let me know it had so much going on it really would be more problems getting it fixed. We bought a minivan from them 2 years ago and haven't had any problems with it. Thank you so much Chad for your honesty! You have a #forever customer!!

Best Buy motors !!! I won’t go anywhere else when it comes to buying, repairs, anything has to do wit a car!! The best place I’ve ever been to . Best experience. Great people , great customer service.I went to Lexus to get my dad car repaired “ a Lexus” they told my father he needs a new motor put in .... $16,500.00 or used for $6,700 , . I took the car to Best Buy and they repair the car like new for $375.00. I wouldn’t recommend any place else .
