I almost gave up on Bath and Bodyworks, and then they go and release their laundry detergent line. My clothes have never been so soft! I absolutely LOVE their detergent! I barely added detergent to my wash and when my clothes came out smelling AMAZING and EXTREMELY soft, I was absolutely stunned! I will never use any other detergent again! I hope they never get rid of this product! ??❤️ 10/10!! Will definitely be back for more!!

This location is very clean and well stocked. The employees are friendly and have always been helpful in showing me which items I can redeem my coupons for ? Midnight Blue Citrus and Cactus Blossom are two of my fav candle scents, catch me here whenever they go on sale!

I shop at this location at least three times a week. Needless to say I spend a lot of my hard earned money there. Today I was trying to redeem. my reward points for a free $16.95 gift and also had a birthday reward as well. Ms. Shirley was extremely rude and asked me to step out of the line twice( mind you there was no one else in line) after I figured out what I needed to do to find the bar code with no help from any of the team members and purchased my items I found the $9 bday gift. I was told after spending $40 that I would have to purchase something else to be able to redeem that....very disappointed by the lack of customer service and poor attitudes of the team members!
