1/30/21-I've used Aveda products since high school and patronized this store since it originally opened. The sales team has always been hit or miss, but the lady in the store today was awesome, she was enthusiastic about the product. I puchased a new to me line of shampoo etc and she was really helpful explaining how to use them.

I had the opportunity to work with Matt who was extremely helpful, polite, and took extra time to help me with my transaction. His customer service was outstanding and he should be rewarded. A very pleasant experience and I will return to the store because of him.

2 people walk in at the same time.. the “richer” looking of the 2 gets all of the attention while the other customer gets ignored with several questions and ends up leaving out of frustration and doesn’t buy anything. I was the one who got ignored every time I walked in because I have tattoos and don’t dress like an East end soccer mom!!!!!!

This Aveda store is awesome! I recently visited around my birthday for a facial, and it was so much more than I expected! I went in thinking it would be a short, light facial, but it was really in depth, super relaxing, and I found some new products that I love! I honestly haven't shopped Aveda much in the past, but they gained a new fan from my visit. I will definitely be back!

Their products are expensive but they work for me. I use tje botanical kinetics skincare line and have been for about 15 years or so. The girl that helped me was very knowledgeable. I got a mini facial and it was nice!

Ok I can't rave about this place enough! Their rosemary mint hand/body wash and body lotion smells amazing and makes me feel like I'm at the spa. The staff is always friendly.
