The guy at the Preston Highway AutoZone (across from Home Depot) helped me out tremendously. I need new brake pads, and another store gave me the wrong brake pads for my rear wheels, and he helped me exchange the ones I needed.

What a joke. This place went way down hill. I stood there for 10 minutes and nobody even acknowledged that I was there. One guy standing off the side on his phone, another buried in the computer, and at least three others that just kept walking past ignoring me. One of them pulled out a box of open rubber gloves and was pulling them out and putting them back in the box in front of me. I asked if he could help and he didn't even speak English. He just pointed to the guy working at the computer. I remembered o'reilly's across the street, walked in there and was helped right away.

Great place for auto parts. They offer quality products. Their service is good. They offer diagnostic testing of certain items for free. If there is employee availability you can also get assistance installing certain items.

Terrible service in this autozone by a worker named Dimitri, who had a rude attitude in front of the other people in the store. I am a loyal autozone customer but I will not return to this store again.

The one on new cut road in Louisville KY has to have one of the laziest employees ever I called and this long grey haired guy that's been there for about a year answers the phone I ask him about the availability of a tool to rent and he literally said that he wasn't sure if they had it what it even was without typing anything in or asking for someone else to check and he then says have a nice day and hangs up

Mr. Joe did a great job! Great guy and happy to help. We went previously to the Autozone Outerloop branch and they did refuse to change our battery saying its complicated. We are so glad to go to this branch and get what we need taking care of. Its rare to find someone who cares and wanna get a job done right.

Incompetent all the way around . Da da da . Stood here for 20 minutes while they look for the part I need it then they had to refer back to the screen several times after the fifth time of them looking at the screen and then going back I just decided to leave.. terrible
