Went in for replacement bulbs for my brake lights. Robert C helped me find what i needed. Robert was very friendly, respectful, and helped me locate the bulbs in the store. Will be returning here for parts in the future, overall positive experience.

I came in at closing last night and these kids that helped me were AMAZING!!! They literally helped me with every question I had! The girl even found my item for me! Excellent customer service!

Troy was great! Very friendly and knew exactly what I needed and gave me all the help I needed! Super considerate and kind! Didn’t even mind assisting me in the rain. Super appreciate him and the team at this auto zone! Very kind staff.

I came in needing my battery tested and new windshield wipers one day there was a chick in there and I’m not going to lie I was iffy because she was a girl lol but let me tell you she got me all the way together I told her my situation about not knowing anyone to put my battery in and how I didn’t have the extra money to get it installed she changed my bad battery and she changed my wipers!! I asked her what her name was she said it was Mariah I believe. she was super nice , sweet and super quick with it. thank you girly for helping me I really owe you one if you see this comment lol!

I went to this autozone yesterday , because the other car parts store I went to couldn’t help me . But , I needed an headlight and a brake light put in ... there was a manager named Mariah whom helped me with both my headlights and brake lights … she was really nice and friendly we talked and laughed while she did all four lights and it amazed me that a girl just like me knew more than I did about cars lol ! this is my new favorite auto parts store ! #GirlPower??

My son purchased a signal bulb replacement for my car at the Preston Hwy location, it happen to be the wrong one. I took it back along with the old bulb to show the store which one I needed. I did not have my receipt, I expected to make an exchange or pay the difference if needed. I spoke with the manager (Raid Ouchene) he told me "he was not going to help me because I did not have a receipt. I asked him how much was the replacement bulb I had, he informed me it was $8.99, which was the same as the replacement bulb I needed. I asked him again if I could just do an even exchange and he insisted that he would not do that because I did not have a receipt and that was the policy of Auto Zone not to help a customer in that way. I left the store and called another store and was informed that he could have given me a store credit or exchange if I did not have a receipt. I went back in the store and talk to Raid Ouchene and insisted that he would not help in anyway. According to Yelp this store has terrible reviews due to management. I will tell anyone who listens Not to shop at AutoZone on Preston because of poor management and customer service.

These guys are great, the Poplar Level location is the main store, so if anyone else doesn't have your part, they will more than likely. I have had a horrible sound in my rear axle and a parts guy, just suggested I look behind the rotor. Sure enough, 2 pins that some other machinic had cut off...Thank you
