“Edit #3: Topper was installed amazingly and the company was incredibly gracious with helping get it on with everything I needed. Would recommend going here over all other topper companies.
Edit #2: Updated from 2 stars to 3 stars, the company reached out about this review with the purpose of "how can we do better?" Regardless of anything else, you have to respect a company that's willing to sit down and talk about how to improve, they weren't making excuses, they were just figuring out what slipped through the cracks. I'm getting my topper installed tomorrow, and I'm confident that it will be incredibly well done.
Edit: Updated from 1 star to two stars, the company called me back just now and told me that they have my lightbar and that everything will be installed on tuesday. If install goes well, and the company responds to this delay well in a way that has me walking away happy, I'll update this again to a 3 or 4 star review.
Products seem very high quality, customer service is very helpful on the surface, every single time I've called them, they've picked up nearly immediately. I ordered a topper and was estimated 10-12* weeks for delivery, they even gave me an inflatable one to use in the meantime.
*I originally said 8 weeks, but I was wrong, they had quoted me 10-12 weeks.
It's now been 16 weeks since I ordered it. The topper came in late, the lightbar hasn't come in at all, and the company has struggled with communication.”
