They were very instrumental in me receiving my much needed steroid eye drops! I initially paid $171 for the drops as the Insurance provider refused to pay despite many attempts! It was worked out with the help of the pharmacy staff, Nortons Audubon, and my doctors staff! I received a full refund within 2 days credited back to my American Express Card! Thank you Nortons Audubon, unlike Nortons Brownsboro, you not only looked into the matter, you got things done! I will definitely make the drive from Prospect to pick up any future needed medication. I am done with Nortons Brownsboro , the rude staff there is appalling! I am not the only one who thinks so either!!

Went to the ER room at Audubon today because my leg was swollen. Turns out I had a blood clot in my left calf. They hemmed and hawed and decided to put me on a blood thinner. Got out to the drug store at Kroger Holiday Manor and they said the co pay was $700! I went back out to the car and called the ER room where they transferred me to their Pharmacy. Talked to a guy named Jason who worked his magic and got me a new med first month free and succeeding two months at $87 a month. Jason rocks!

I love this pharmacy. They are really good and get things done quick for myself and my family. They also deliver so if I can't get there before they close they will drop it off at my house. Highly recommend this place!!!

Audubon Pharmacy has excellent service. You are not just a number with them, you are treated with courtesy & kindness, you matter. I am a first time Customer of Audubon Pharmacy and found that they are similar to the pharmacies from when I was a child, 50+ years ago. They have an excellent staff and also offer delivery of medications.

I can't say enough about the difference in Audobon Pharmacy and retail chain pharmacies. I really was just seeking delivery service when I switched, but EVERYTHING is better here!! As long as you are in existence, I won't use another pharmacy. Thank you!

Excellent group of professionals. Tracy and her team always supply the answers to my questions regarding pharmaceutical drugs. They take the time to ensure the best prices for my medications, sometimes helping me find and utilize coupons. Plus, they DELIVER! what more can you ask for ? I can’t think of even one additional thing.
