I started renting from extra space December 26th from there until April I never went into the unit I had went back there on my bike and just checked to make sure that it was still locked up when I finally did open my storage unit I believe it was the 22nd of April I had leaves and sticks from the outside that it covered all of my wood table and chairs but I'm going to back up for a second when I rented that unit outside of the door you can see where water had leaked and the girl said you may have to put it up on blocks this is what type of storage facility this is so I went up to the office there was Rebecca and I told her I said look I got all types of outside elements coming into my storage unit I am not paying you all for the outside to come into my unit then she asked me if I wanted a broom and dustpan I should have told her no but you can go back there and clean it because I'm the one that's renting the unit and it's not my fault that when you all bought this obviously you had to know that you had issues she said she would have maintenance come out from Preston so I had to send the document I guess for them to go into the unit and I left her a key well she called me back the next day and said I signed the wrong document that was in the middle of doing something I just don't stop and drop for nobody I showed up about 5:30 you could tell that she was ready to go evidently it's supposed to be there till 6:00 anyways maintenance was supposed to be there Friday the 26th of April me and a friend of mine went back there the following week pulled everything out cleaned it off and put everything back in still same old thing number one there is no way that maintenance ever looked at it and two it has been well over a month now of course and Rebecca hasn't even called to return my key it is like this Rebecca you are in negligence you knew when the company bought it that there were issues with the complex I don't like having people trying to blow smoke where it doesn't belong and from your attitude and how I've been done I can't believe any of the reviews that have been left it makes you wonder if someone's being paid to post them you can take that storage unit stick it you're supposed to be in the manager and this is how you manage is that you lie and be dishonest don't see how you can forget to return a key much less to even give a phone call but my unit is f36 if any of your units back up against the property especially where trees are at you can expect to find unwanted debris in your storage unit and on top of that my storage unit was 33 when I started and now it's 44 and I'm still getting the same stuff coming in I also have someone else I know that has a unit and they have the same problem it is clear that the management is running a shady business a storage facility with roof problems so renters beware also I called June 4th and left a message for Rebecca and never got a call back just for my impressions she doesn't care she's only there to make money for the company and could care less about what's going on inside your storage unit somewhat of a update unfortunately when I went to go retrieve my key she gave me the wrong key it does not fit my lock I went in the back when I gave her the key to make sure that it fit and then brought it up and gave it to her so Rebecca don't know what you're trying to pull but who's ever key I have I hope when they realize that you give them my key unless you just lost my key and just try to give me any key sorry that doesn't work I know for a fact that you lost my key that is why it is taking so long and you know what you all can do with that storage facility you lied they may have come out on the 26th which was Friday me and my friend went in the following Monday and swept everything off cleaned it all up and for a whole month I watched it no one ever went into the storage unit because I had the lock turned a certain way you want to play games I'm going to contact the

We spent the day touring several locations, as we need to store some excess furniture for a couple of months. Customer service at this location was superb, Rebekah was very professional and helpful. We will definitely store at this location soon.

Rebekah was awesome. I was shown around to 3 different unit, and ultimately i made my decision. The only hiccup was the price difference from online to in person. I sent Rebekah a screen shot of what the gentleman i spoke with over the phone. Rebekah said they will honor what was sent through email. Im very pleased at the moment.

Rebecca from extra space storage has been a real blessing in helping us to maneuver from the previous owners of our storages units to extra space storage. She is so helpful in answering our questions and assisting us in making our monthly storage fees. Rebecca is a real asset to Extra Space Storage , her help and kindness and knowledge speaks volumes about her.
