It is always a very good experience shopping at Athleta at the Paddock shops. Everyone is super friendly and very helpful. I love having a place I can go that makes shopping fun and easy. I really appreciate everyone: Katy, Patricia, Kyla, Emma, and everyone else I know I’m missing some people. Go see them for all your Athleta-clothing needs ?❤️You guys are so great. We all know those days that we feel we’re drowning and retail therapy is all we can do to keep out sanity! Well the team at Athleta really lifted my spirits and really cared about everyone around! Bret! Kyla! Erin and the rest of the staff were on fire today!!!!! Thank you for going above and beyond with your customer service! Athleta’s in-store customer service went above and beyond today to treat me well and to stand behind their product. In this holiday season, there are plenty of opportunities to be frustrated with needy customers, but the staff at Athleta today turned a problem into a happy customer. I was blown away and so grateful.

Athleta at this location is a disaster, and fixing the problem with corporate Athleta was a disaster too. Basically, Athleta kept $100 from a return of $442 and this wasn't discovered until I went through my Visa statement. Athleta NEVER reached out to me. This took 2 calls to customer service to resolve. STAY AWAY. Athleta and Gap Inc. are corporate thieves.
