“In 2014 we bought a Homearama home built in 2006 by Vince Kimball. Everything about this home is first class which is reflective of this outstanding builder. Vince used Century Entertainment to install an entertainment system which includes a home theater. My husband and I are very challenged with anything related to technology, so Century Entertainment has been incredibly helpful on various occasions. Most recently Steve Edelien, who heads their technology department, gave us the type of customer service we wish every company would offer! Ultimately, he sent their highly talented and very professional specialist, James Anderson to address our problem. I am a retired teacher and could see how intelligent and knowledgeable James was. I appreciated how quietly and thoroughly James assessed the functionality of our sophisticated system. The best part is that he taught me how to make sure I knew how to operate the system. Given my limitations, he did a great job of teaching this teacher! Finally, we neglected to find and pay the invoice for this very reasonably priced service call. Stacy Farris graciously called about the matter. I am a strong believer that you pay your bills promptly and was embarrassed that we had an unpaid invoice. Stacy is a class act and quickly made me feel better about my oversight!This outstanding company says their customers are customers for life. They definitely mean this. Every time they have helped us, they have treated us as if we were making a big purchase.At age 77, this company is one of the best we have ever encountered, and we have had many customer experiences! You can do no better than being a customer of Century Entertainment!”

“I had a great experience with Bonnycastle when we purchased our first set of laundry machines after moving into a house without these appliances. When we decided we wanted a second set, I was overwhelmed thinking about how I’d find someone to cut the dryer vent, do the plumbing, and add an electrical plug for the new machines. I called bonnycastle to explain what I wanted. They came out and verified it was feasible given our current setup, and then we were off to the races. Once I gave them the go-ahead, they were able to handle all aspects of adding the second set, so I never had to find different tradesmen myself for each component of the project. This was extremely helpful and reassuring. The machines were in stock, and I was doing dual loads of laundry within a week! Bonnycastle turned what I thought would be a nightmare project into a dream. Highly recommend this company for when you have a complicated appliance project that requires more than simple installation. Bonnycastle will be our first stop for future appliance needs.”

We were greeted quickly and our return took only a couple of minutes. My husband wanted a trimmer for his Father's Day gift. He'd done his research and one was in the cart after another five minutes. While waiting for him I was impressed with their line of grills and smokers. We browsed their paint colors for awhile. They had many options and the cards were nicely organized for shoppers. We grabbed a few options to take home to view under our lights. Checkout was quick and easy. Gift cards were available near checkout, and for options beyond Home Depot.”
