I have a highly sensitive, reactive aussie. You wouldn't know that based on our last visit (of many visits over the last 5 years). They do such a phenomenal job with fear-free care that she is just as calm there as when we are at home - and that says a lot for a visit with a blood draw and vaccines. I am highly impressed with their patience and interactions with her. Would recommend for anyone with a any dog!

The vet medical staff were kind to me and my kitty. The only thing I would say is it is extremely expensive to have your animal neutered here.. and they don't tell you how much anything costs until they're ready to take your payment. It cost $215 to have my cat neutered.. and while I understand I should have asked, I believe it is an offices job to notify clients the costs of procedures, visits, shots, etc. before it's done to assure someone can commit to the price. I paid of course and when I asked an explanation of why it was so expensive sherry at the front desk stared at me for about 5 seconds and rudely said "I just clocked out so she will have to help you and right now she is working on 3 or more things so you will have to wait" I understand it's never a fun time having someone ask for a break down on the cost of something but I wasn't rude and it honestly took everything in me to even ask. I wish this front office was more transparent, upfront, and kind. Other than that, the actual medical staff are great and they took great care of my cat.
