I can’t recommend these people enough. They talked me through everything and were very patient when both my dog and I being nervous wrecks. Both Dr. Tran and his vet tech put me at ease and went above and beyond for my dog and I in the middle of the night.

Brought my Aussie in here who was having difficulty breathing. She has a new mass on her neck that was restricting her airway. Other than give her oxygen and LASIK, nothing was done. She died less than 2 hours of being home. I spent $500 on an emergency vet to basically keep her comfortable enough to die-im a firm believer a different vet could have helped her. We drove over an hour away and stayed in the clinic for over 2 hours until they closed. All that work on my end and she still died even after asking the Dr to do more. All the got a shot and a shave. NOT happy!

If you want a great bedside manner and all of that forget i. But if you want your animal to get well go there. Doctor Tran is unconventional. My dog's face swelled up like a balloon. One time I went to the emergency room on the South end of Louisville.I spent I think it was fifteen hundred dollars and I came home with a very sick dog no improvement. I called Doctor Tran as soon as we got home.He said bring the dog in tonight and I will get her wel I believe he charged about $300 and got her well within a couple of days. She was back to normal. He actually.
Saved that dog's life five times. He got my cat well.I always trusted sit down. He's very serious about what he does. But he's very good.I have recently moved out of the area and I certainly missed doctor tran.

When Our pup had a chew stuck in her throat. After charging us $500, Urgentvet couldn’t help and sent us to metro, who said it would take 6 hours and cost $1500. We are so thankful that Dr Tran was able to help! And it wasn’t insanely expensive.

-0 stars .The "vet" never once touched my cat who I already knew had a uti . I just needed medication and a urine check . He injected my cat with some unknow shot , then shaved his entire stomach to the point I had to tell him that was enough due to him basically giving my cat razor burn . Was then sent home with holistic medication that worked for 24 hours then symptoms all came back . I asked for pain meds the next day and he refused to give them to me because I didn't think I needed them the night before and hung up on me . don't go here , go to Princeton animal hospital. It's 100% worth the drive !

DO NOT GO HERE Does not do any type of testing on your animal to see what is wrong only guesses. If I wouldn’t of left here in immediately took in my cat to another emergency room it would have died immediately. This doctor also does not sanitize, and the medicine he gave my cat was for horses. If you come here, your animal die. He told me my cat had an asthma, and my cat was dying of heart failure.

Took our 12 year old cat in late at night as he was having issues breathing and couldn't use his right front leg. Was given "asthma" drops and told her had diabetic stroke. Had to take him to a different vet the next day as he became worse. They called this place who claimed they never treated our cat and wouldn't give information about what they had done while we were there. If I could give zero stars to leave a review I would. If you care for your pets, don't trust this vet.

I'm not sure how regular treatments go, but I would never return here for any emergency. After 3 hours of oxygen therapy I was sent home with CBD oil, essential oils, and two barely labeled bottles of 'support' for glucose levels and possible brain damage. Less than 12 hours later my cat is having to be euthanized.

Unfortunately, late in the evening on December 26th it became obvious that we needed to take our cat to the vet. It was 11:00 at night and there were very few options so we chose this place. The receptionist was friendly and understanding and the vet, although not the most talkative of individuals, was up-front and honest about our cat's condition. We had known for quite some time that she was near the end and that was the decision that we made. When the time came, the vet was gentle with her and she passed peacefully.

This place is a joke!! Mis-diagnosed my dog and it will be by the grace of God if he survives. They are holistic which is not listed ANYWHERE on website or in office. We didn’t know until we were give capsules with green powder in them and some oils (which were all “made” in the next room!! Establishment was very unkept and had an Odor. $350 and was worse than he was before. I am totally open to the various types of treatments but this place seems to hide that fact. Shady af
