I’m not sure if any of this office go to school the way they treat people is not professional very very very rude rude and rude again.APRN come to the room eating gummy like kids don’t keep what you ara talking about reffering lady is very rude receptionist don’t care always on their phones and they talk to you like you are speaking language from heaven.very rude I know no one in the office read the comments but this office needs to close for sure

I cannot stand this place. Only reason I came was because my doctor switched locations. The staff are rude, the vibe in this place is depressing. I feel like they are looking for ways to charge your insurance more money especially through labs. I can never get a hold of the medication side, they don’t answer or return your calls. When they do there is an attitude. They are never on time. Always waiting an hour before they see you.

Got billed afterwards for medication they never administered, as well as a bunch of random tests I didn’t ask for. Asked me to come in to review Iabs, aka say I’m healthy. That could have been a phone call - probably just wanted to bill me again. Obviously there for money and not patient care. Rude and greedy.

Been trying to get a med refilled for over 3 weeks! Still no action taken by their office. Pharmacy, me, and home health agency have all been trying. They never answer their phones or return calls. Worst care I have ever in my life seen. The doctor is nice when you can actually see him. Switching PCPs to someone that will actually respond.

I've been going to Dr Amin's since I was 19 years old on and off I know he cares about our health and all his other Care Centers are great too the Staff and I love ? the Dixie highway office is wonderful.

I was left on the doctor office for an hour. Apparently she forgot I was in there. I had fell asleep. I usually get my prescription in an hour. Now it is taking days. Normally service is good.

The fact that both times i have been there long wait, nurses listed all my meds and vitamins wrong and the NP was judging me for stuff i want even taking and they will charge for every little thing. When i got a new insurance they suddenly called me for chronic care management and didnt tell me i was being charged for it and billed my new insurance! Just got off the phone distuping it and the sup they had on the phone after she said bye was oh my god! I will not be going there anymore period, i rather got to Norton urgent care and wait 5 hours and get better treatment than keep going to Amins family practice, they do not care about their patients at all.

This is what I call selective healthcare meaning they select who they care for. My mother goes here and she receives good care. I went here and they didn’t take BP or give a flu shot. The receptionist is dead inside and my first visit I was pushed out quickly to other doctors They didn’t examine me as a new patient and I mysteriously got sick the very next day after visiting their office. Find someone else unless they really like u then you maybe can be treated but not cured smh.

Very pleasant experience, the staff made me feel relaxed and comfortable. They were very helpful and answered all of my questions with clear understandable language and not just medical terminology.

I love this office even though I wasn’t with them I was with another clinic they still came out to check on me and my baby plus when you go they thoroughly check on you and don’t play love this office and I will continue to come out no matter what learned my lesson

This is a pharm, and the people are the cattle, little blank checks to bill bill bill, be prepared to be poked and prodded for any billing opportunity. Even when you make an appointment for a specific purpose they will test you for ebola if it’s covered.People need to stop putting up with this, it’s fraud - we are not a blank check, we are not billing opportunities god forbid something is actually wrong.
