Arrived at 0830 for a 1300 appt, in door at 0840 loaded at 1030. Not a pretty place to look at, but they are at the top of their game, and the restroom was clean.

Had the pleasure of delivering to Lineage Winstead yesterday and then was sent to Lineage Industry Dr to pick up and omg what a night and day difference. Winstead location is spacious, nice, has O/N parking and is on their A game. Industry? Where do I start?!
Arrived at 2pm for my 3pm appointment. Very tight location with another warehouse’s docks facing Lineage’s docks. Parked in a staging space and went to check in. Was told to back into Door 19 and this is where it all went sideways. About 1.5 hrs later an older white gentleman came and knocked on the door and told me I was done, pull up and go to Driver Checkin to be sealed and get paperwork. Go to Driver Checkin and I’m told “We’re in the middle of shift change so you’ll have to wait”. I said well I’m blocking the drive thru because I was told to pull up here. So he said back into Door 15 and someone would be out to seal trailer.
Finally got thru the maze of trucks to turn around so I could sight back into Door 15 because blind siding is definitely not possible here and when I get to Door 15 there’s another driver backing into it.
Different gentleman comes out and now says that I need to go back to Door 19 because they’re not finished loading me. Except someone knocked on my door and said that I WAS finished, the trailer is full to the rear and they had even also put up load bars in place.
So now I’m pissed and I go back to driver check in to find out what in the actual hell is going on and “we don’t know what day shift did” was the answer I was given. Lo and behold I am back in Door 19 still waiting for them to figure out if I’m actually finished loading or not because no one seems to know anything around here.
In summary: If you go to Lineage Winstead in Louisville you’ll appreciate their facility. Avoid Lineage on Industry like the red headed ghetto step child warehouse it is.

I delivered and picked up from here a few times and I have had good experiences. They were fairly quick and got me on my way with any issues.

Arrived at 20:20 for a 21:00 appointment. Had to wait a bit to get loaded, but it was finished quick compared to a lot of places. A gentleman named Stan took care of my truck and explained everything clearly. Very friendly and personable! They also offer overnight parking with a restroom, microwave and vending available all night. Thank you Lineage Louisville! Wouldn’t mind visiting again.

Staff is very friendly, delivery was quick, semi truck parking is available.
Off of I-64 take Exit 4 towards 9th St, Keep Straight, then take Left onto Industry Rd.

My app was 7pm on wednesday, i checked in at 6pm and then at 8:30pm they come to me and say that my app is rescheduled for monday at 7am by LINEAGE. So yeah they can change your app if they want to and there was nothing anyone could do about it.

11am appointment, tried to check in at 9am, but the dude inside told me to check in at 10am. You can tell how horrible this place is just by the employee’s behavior. At first, I said good morning to him, but he just kept watching me like I wasn’t talking to him. I’m not even sure if he likes his job at all

Not impressed. Arrived at 1100 for a 1200 pick up. Told my appointment was changed by lineage to 1800. No explanation, reason, or even an excuse. Told to come back to check in at 1700. But just show up 30 minutes late. You'll be fined and put on a work in basis. So you're screwed if you're early or on time, and you're screwed if you're late. Lot is a dump, bathroom is disgustingly filthy, and no vending or other driver amenities. So I sit here until 1800 or find another load. We're on e-logs people. We don't have time to deal with this stuff. But they still want on-time delivery on the other end.. I WILL NOT be coming back to this lineage facility EVER...
