First you should know that I am a very picky customer. I met Scott away from American Brake center and I was so impressed with him and his business motto that I immediately knew that if I ever needed service that I was going to give American Brake a try. My wife’s car developed a check engine light so I took it in. I have never been more pleased with service from an auto repair shop than I was with American Brake Center!! They were very thorough, courteous, professional and reasonably priced! And they didn’t just go replacing parts. They got to the root cause of the problem and made the appropriate repair. I was extremely happy to find out that they do every aspect of of car repairs including tires which I will be back for next week to have replaced on my truck!!

Several months ago I had front pads and rotors replaced on my Lexus LS460. Recently I started getting pulsating when stopping at high speeds. I explained this to Scott and he checked it out and replaced the rotors under warranty at no charge. Fabulous customer service! Scott is amazing!
