We had a terrible and unprofessional experience with this company. We weren’t even going to go with them but they called and promised a lower price than their competitor so I booked with them. They said they would be there around 12 noon or 2pm the latest they didn’t show up till 5:30pm. No communication from the office we had to keep calling. We were in a hurry to book a mover but had I taken the time to read the reviews, I would have agreed with them. Show up late, milk the clock and charge way more than they said. The crew that finally came was very friendly and they tried hard to make us happy. We found out the office lied to us too about what was keeping them. Seth said they had to go back and forth to a storage unit a bunch of times (that wasn’t true). Sounds like they were just overbooked and the office doesn’t communicate well with its employees either. I think we deserve a FULL refund and maybe even they pay us a little extra for all the trouble. I was super excited to move in my new home & they really screwed that up yesterday. Wish I would have stuck with the company I was going to book with originally. You should clean up your business practices. Really unbelievable. Well you have my money now and but you will never get it again.
Edited AGAIN 10/30/24 - I haven’t heard anything from anybody in the we care dept. We filed the claim on our broken nightstand. We’re supposed to get $100 never heard back from anybody. Pathetic
Edited AGAIN 10/06/24 - I still have not heard back from anyone in the “we care”department. My email has not been responded to. Hard for that to be a misunderstanding the company just doesn’t care.

Edited again 09/26/24 - emailed the “we care” folks the owner suggested. I will post the feedback I get. Expectations are low that my email will be responded to. We shall see.
Edited again 09/25/24 - tried calling customer care again (like the owner suggested) today and waited on hold again. Finally, I got to the nameless voicemail again and it said the voicemail was full so you could not leave a message. What a joke.
Edited * 09/24/24 * Thank you to the owner who responded with that canned response but when I called the customer care number I waited on hold for 15 minutes only to get dumped in some nameless voicemail asking me to leave a message. You obviously don’t care. Everything in the reply is a lie.

John and Ramon moved our whole house in 4 hours!! They showed up when they said they would, worked efficiently & tirelessly, and were incredibly nice. I dreaded the idea of moving and I was nervous about having other people handle my belongings (I’ve never hired movers before) they really put my worries at ease. Best money I’ve ever spent! 10/10 would recommend
