Favorite grocery store, favorite staff, favorite everything. The prices are better than any other grocery and I don't have to spend forever creating my list with their sales because they have consistent prices that are inexpensive enough to buy not on sale. If you shop at trader Joe's and here you'll never need Kroger again. If you also visit your local international stores you won't need to purchase from the "big brands" that screw over our little local stores anymore and your wallet won't cry all the time.
Aldi's hands down my favorite and this particular location is awesome. There are several cashiers that are insanely good at their jobs.

I was buying 1 item that costs around $6 and I got charged $26. Their cashier was scanning the other customer's items on my charge.
When I noticed, I told him I just have 1 item. The cashier then "tried" to fix it. He then charged me for this one item twice and plus $26.
After a while his collegue came and told me that he cannot refund my $26 because I don't have a receipt. Even thought I was showing him the charge on my bank accpunt. So, his colleague scanned a bunch of other products, didn't know how to correct it, the other one came and instead of correcting it, started convincing me how he cannot correct it since he doesn't have a receipt. By the way, I never got a receipt, his colleague throw it in the garbage.
In the meantime the other Aldi employee added "Well, you cannot return products here". Return? What return? I just came here to buy one item. :)
Then, Heather came. While approaching me she said "What's your name"?
Well, I'm just a customer, why is my name important? What an experience...Finally they refunded my money.
I just lost 30 minutes of my valuable time and needed to convince people around me that I just wanted to buy 1 item and was charged for bunch of other customer products.
By the way, my husband just walked out with the full cart of products. I was buying one item only because I forgot to add that to our cart.
What a drama. I felt like I was threated as a thief. Especially after I was asked about my name.

Very friendly people. Nice experience!!! Great selection of just about everything you'd want from a grocery store. I think Aldi is giving the competition a run for their money!

The store is always neat and organized. I just wish some times you had an extra person to work the checkout due to alot of customers

I asked two people for help with checking a price on two products that had no stickers and no signage about the pricing. One of them told me I'd have to go stand in line to check out and then I could find out the price. I asked her if she could check for me and she threw the rest of her things she was stocking up on the shelf, literally threw them, and angrily walked over toward me to get the items to check the pricing. I told her never mind. I then asked for a manager and he was equally as snotty so I can only assume it must just be the culture there and I don't usually shop at the hurstbourne Lane location. Horrible attitudes so something must be wrong in that store.
I want to go back there!

I have a feeling this review may defy popular opinion based on the typical ALDI love I hear expressed by my contemporaries. It is also necessary in the interest of fairness to acknowledge up front that my own very bad decision most likely contributed to my negative, and in my opinion, potentially dangerous experience. That decision was to go to ALDI at 5:00 to on a Friday for my very first time. There may very well be a relaxed leisurely shopping experience to be had at ALDI, but that experience will not be had in such a lawless place when actual stress is applied. (I'm not going to look up the citation for the rat stress study that proved we'll all eat each other if there's a hot pocket shortage but everyone knows which one I mean.)
There are procedures at ALDI that are unique to ALDI and today was not the time to learn unless at great peril. The cashier's were a hybrid between roullete dealers, flight control engineers, and riot cops. They got me out of there alive no thanks to me and they get 5 stars.

Terrible service for the online order pick up. I’ve had this happen 3 times now where when you check in to say “I’m here to pick up my order” it instantly says “order complete”
I had to go in the store and tell them that the order wasn’t complete so they could deliver it to my car. They are not efficient at all
