Awesome experience. I rented a van for our trip and we loved it! Was a great price for an awesome vehicle. We really liked the Honda odyssey! Friendly staff made it an easy experience. Will rent from again.

Has completely different renter policies specific to this location that do not follow the policies listed on the website at all.
Example: $400 deposit is required, return itinerary does not get you out of it.
Can not use a debit card if your license is Kentucky or Indiana, no matter if you’re military or not

Long wait at the counter to pickup my rental. There was only one person attending to the line and whoever was supposed to relieve the gentleman did not arrive on schedule. The car was clean and in great condition (premium car); however, I am not happy about the refueling charge that was snuck into my bill. Prior to dropping off the rental to the airport, I paid $33.82 to fill the tank with gas from Thorntons nearby. In spite the gas tank being full upon return, a $10.59 refueling charge was added to my bill. I called customer service regarding this and was told someone would reach out to me, but hours have passed without any contact from Alamo — no call or email. Judging by some of the other reviews stating shady business practices, I suppose I am lucky that my experience wasn’t any worse.

This place is trash . They make it difficult to get your rental even if you already paid in advanced they require a $400 security deposit. This caused many problems with my reservation.

Our experience in Louisville airport Alamo was more than outstanding. We were assisted by Louis who was very professional and courteous and we enjoyed our experience so much that we will only rent from Alamo from now on.

Not bad. Counter help was friendly enough. The only choice I had was either an elantra or a tesla. And tesla in the mid west ain't the best choice

Great selection, good price. Friendly staff. The staff gave good directions to pick up my car. It was less intimidating than I thought it would be. I would rent from them again. The photo attached is the Mitsubishi outlander I rented.

The entire experience was pleasant, we picked up the vehicle late at night with no problems, and dropped off 5 days later with nary an issue. Very pleased with the experience overall! Thanks so much!

This car rented thru Alamo was the 3rd for us in the last 2 months (other 2 from Avis). Our Alamo experience was exceptional in comparison. Alamo staff was professional, welcoming and extraordinarily customer service oriented. Alamo vehicle was clean and well maintained. This, our third trip this year, was made so much more enjoyable by Alamo. Will choose Alamo in the future.
