I love the jewelry Aesthetics In Jewelry made for me! Thankfully, while I was there buying a new chain they offered to inspect my diamond necklace. Linda showed me 4 areas that needed fixing on the diamond piece. It certainly would’ve been a lost piece if it hadn’t been fixed. I appreciate the way Linda and the other staff make sure you’re happy with your selection. Stellar business!

Took 8coins for basil's 1basil for screw. 1 golden $1coin,2 silver$1coins,2 1/2 dollar coins, 1 golden 1/2 dollar, 1Churchill Downs coin, 1 Mexicanos coin, total 8. I realized I had no receipt later went Monday closed went Tuesday 8 was written on back of her card but there was only 5. 2 1dollar, & 1half dollar. Where are the 3 coins?? I admit I am old but not crazy.

Love this place! Owners are lovely people and so very helpful. I always come away with the perfect jewelry items. There is parking available across the street which is so convenient.

Jim is the man to see. He has fair prices and good service. I traded up on a pair of solitaire earrings. He gave ne credit for not only what they cost me but what they were worth a few years later. His work is exquisitely done.

Aesthetics In Jewelry is a HIDDEN GEM in Louisville - who happens to specialize in them as well! James Jackson is the most knowledgeable, educational and exceptional jeweler I have ever met. He has an amazing selection of jewelry, at a reasonable price, and can you educate you about the stones origin, how it was formed, the value, etc. which gives you an even bigger appreciation for the beautiful jewelry adorning his store. I was able to see some of the custom works Mr. Jackson & his jewelers have created and I believe there is nothing they couldn't do. I needed to get my beautiful new turquoise ring size, which was purchased at his store, and they had it completed while I waited. All in all, I can stop searching for where I will be getting my next piece of jewelry or where I will be sending my husband because it will be at Aesthetics In Jewelry.

I recently went to resize a ring that was given to me as a gift. The staff was incredibly courteous and conversational. After I found out the cost of the resizing was a bit outside of my price range (especially since it was a gift), a staff member put a clear coil she brought from Amazon on the ring to upsize it free of charge. In hindsight, it was an obvious fix I should have thought of sooner, but I really appreciated that the staff didn’t turn me away after declining the cost of the resizing. Instead, she worked with me and gave me a creative solution to my problem. Fantastic service!

I brought in my ring and another ring that was my mother's before she passed away. They were wonderful to work with, listened to what I said was important and designed two beautiful rings for me for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend them if you have any jewelry needs!!!
