It was excellent services rendered. Everything about the machine and how to use it and including the paperwork that came with it was well explained and I felt really good about using the machine in the services afterwards.

Norton Brownsboro is the best hospital I have ever been in!!! The staff are knowledgeable, very friendly, and smile easily!!!! They are a cohesive team that readily assist each other to provide the best care possible of its patients!! I strongly endorse this hospital!!

Have had many technical problem and poor communication with me and medical care staff. There always seem to be issues when dealing direct with them. The people who service the equipment to me an excellent; very pleasant and a joy to interact with. Some employees of Gould’s should take lessons from them. Thank you for listening to me

Patrice was perfect today fitting me with a new nasal piece for my cpap. She listened to my concerns and issues I was having with my pillows and brought me out some alternatives that will help with my problem. She was polite and courteous and gave me the time I needed and addressed all my concerns. Great asset to your company. Very nice gal!

My experience picking up my machine was great! Celina was terrific in explaining all the features in a very casual and helpful fashion.
My machine was ordered in April and it seems somewhere in the system it kept getting delayed . It was very frustrating bc I kept calling abd I was told they couldn’t reach the dr bc the number wasn’t right. This was not true but I couldn’t get my machine for 3 months after it was ordered in April. Very frustrated with your system. The drs office said you guys had the info abd you said you didn’t but I had no way of fixing it except to keep calling
