I have rented a storage space from Another Room Self Storage on and off over the last 15 years at different locations. The staff at all locations that I have rented from are always very friendly and have answers to any questions I might have. One thing I really like is the curtesy call reminding you your bill is due. Life gets busy and it’s easy to forget to pay your storage bill. It’s been very helpful for me anyway. A big shout out to Terry for always taking care of my storage needs throughout the years and Shannon for taking care of my current needs at the Preston Storage facility. Great work ladies !

We rented a unit a couple years ago, and the people renting the other unit on the other side cut through the metal divider separating our units. They stole a ton of valuables, but we weren't allowed to check the theives' unit for ours things. Called the cops and they didn't bother showing up to look at the situation. Took our complaints over the phone. Very helpless situation and I will never use this storage unit again.

Sadly, a dear elderly friend has rented a storage unit here for years & was recently hospitalized and sent to rehab for over a month due to a broken back, then a case of covid! She was late on her rent payment due to the fact that she almost died & did not have family in town to advocate for her. She was without her phone & had no way to pay her bills. I explained her situation to Another Room Storage on Preston Highway, the boss said they would not waive her late fees! This is the only place that refused to waive the late fees in all her bills. I pray the bosses there never gave to go through what my friend has gone through!

The woman running the place is a crook. She thinks she is the boss of everyone. Puts you on her time to be there. Would give this place a negative 100 stars

Terrible customer service. I can't help but notice many of the reviews are from people who review a lot, seems like they a paying off the right people to have a 4.0 rating. I don't think this is a 4.0 company. The woman behind the desk could care less.

I had items stored in Another Room on Preston Hwy, climate controlled storage locker for 1 year. My treasures were covered in MOLD. The facility took no responsibility. Had to clean and bleach every inch of my wood furniture, had to throw away mattresses and sofa.
