The beds were the most uncomfortable beds I have slept in in long time. the pillows are horrible. The sheets and blankets were load when moving. The pillows were very uncomfortable as well. Could hear people brushing their teeth and gagging on other side of the bathroom wall. People were load going through hallway at night. We did not sleep hardly at all. I was tempted to get another hotel room last night at 1am

Had a great check in experience with front desk and valet and the room was nice and clean. However, I booked with Hotels.com with one credit card and gave a different one for incidentals. The incidental charge was removed as usual but there was an extra charge of over $200 for a nights stay that I had already paid. Called the front desk days later when the charge was still there was told to call the next day and speak to Rochelle in accounting. Called and left a message and a week later still no answer and an over $200 charge that was made by their error. Highly disappointed!
Update: Thank you for resolving this and crediting back my card.

Clean, spacious room. Comfortable bed. Great bathroom -- boasted both a shower and a tub. Awesome location. The art throughout the hotel is wonderful. Shout-out to Arthur: thank you for your good cheer and for making us feel like we mattered. We will stay here again, for all the above reasons. For breakfast, go somewhere other than the hotel restaurant.

A great hotel in every aspect - helpful and friendly staff, nice rooms with a comfy bed and original art , convenient location and an impressive contemporary art museum in the lobby. I booked this hotel for my husband for a Bourbon Trail Weekend over his birthday. I made note of that in my reservation and the hotel took it upon themselves to put a handwritten birthday card and gift card for the bar in his room. I'm so impressed... and appreciative. It got his weekend off to a great start and make it all that more special. Thank you!

Because they had a large music festival and even though the weather canceled the festival the spa person (third party) was unavailable on Friday or Saturday for any Spa services.
Rooms: Clean, spacious
Walkability: downtown close to many urban bourbon sites
Food and drinks: The bar/Restaurant was very nice with good cocktails

Get room service early, the front desk is super helpful, and the bar is super cool. I had a problem with my light, and they took care of it in 15 minutes! Great location, near many bourbon tastings and restaurants. The artwork is thought-provoking! I thought it would be no-frills but I was wrong.

Good location as you're in walking distance to lots of tasting rooms and restaurants. Room was nice size and very clean. Only complaint was restaurant on site didn't open until 8am. We had tours scheduled with early morning pickups and asked staff numerous times about opening time in the morning. We were told 7AM by multiple people. It was not pleasant when you cannot get something to eat for breakfast before a day of bourbon tasting. Otherwise excellent hotel.

Nearby activities: Lots of tasting rooms and restaurants nearby

This hotel was very nice, however, on night 1 of our 4 night stay, our vehicle along with many others was vandalized in the hotel parking garage. Management did not handle this situation properly. We were not offered so much as a free meal in the hotel restaurant for all the stress and anxiety we went through. There was zero hospitality. The location of this hotel is ideal and the rooms are very nice but the staff needs to work on their customer service.

Stayed in the "Full moon suite" and the view was exceptional ?. Service was great, and our meal at Proof was delicious. All the staff was so friendly and welcoming!

Had another excellent stay at the 21c. Everything was wonderful from the room to the staff to the restaurant and bar. Great location for walking around downtown, a short ride to NuLu.
