Website says taking new patients.When I called they answered the phone said yeah we’re taking new patients then when I tell them my reason for the appointment sorry no new patients at this time. So is it only new patients if they’re just for a eye exam or glasses but not if u have a medical concern or was it because I’m diabetic and might need more than just glasses.

If I could I’d give them below 0 stars. I have been trying to get into this place since the beginning of 2021 and still can’t go. Had an unexpected turn of events and instead of working with me on a day that is right for me they again, like usual said it was going to be a month or two out. They will not work with you at all, won’t work around your work schedule or nothing. My glasses have been barely wearable since the beginning of this year and my patience is wearing thin with these people. It is so bad that the only thing holding my glasses together is tape. I will write a bad review on every page they’re on if I have to. This is bad customer service. They don’t care about their patients at all.

Wonderful eye doctor. She treats everyone like family. Goes way beyond explaining everything, from each eye test to your vision and what would work best for each individual. Staff is wonderful as well.Thank you Dr Desario for being my eye doctor.

The whole crew are kind, caring, and polite. Work well together and make you feel welcome. The dr takes his time in explaining everything and answering any questions that you have. I would 100% recommend Louisa Eye Care to anyone. I just love this place!

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I have had a vision problem for over 10 years, Dr DeSario’s care has kept my vision from deteriorating. She has been very knowledgeable about my problem and has found the best solution for me. I feel that my concerns are always addressed appropriately.

They did great at fixing my uncles sight with cataract removal surgery an his annual eye exams his vision is great hes 73 yrs young an has almost 20/20 vision now i thank all the staff an doctors for all they've done an made him feel comfortable during his exams to thank you so very much Louisa Eye Care from the family of Mr.Virgil.Jude
