Top notch service. These guys were absolutely amazing. They managed to get out our side by side (partly buried) and our Jeep that got stuck in the process of trying to get out the side by side. We were in deep mud, and a not great situation. They laughed with us (maybe at us), but they were adamant they’d get us out and they did. We hopefully won’t be needing a tow anytime soon, but know who to call if we do. We can’t thank you guys enough!Service: Special vehicle towing

We got our side by side and my daughters jeep stuck out at Yatesville lake. These guys did not stop until they got us out of there. They were awesome, kind and have good rates. They will be my go to in my next pinch...though they probably won't answer my call. ?Service: Car towing

My car was impounded things were taken loose on the car that had to be tightened up and my car malfunctioned completely stopped 15 mins into driving it home was also soaken wet on the inside with the windows up on it was behind a locked gate i seen no reason to take parts loose and the car was locked up it was soaked passengers back seat was drenched hopefully I never go through this againService: Car towing

My wife and I had taken a relaxing trip to the mountains of Virginia and West Virginia to see the beauty of the fall and we were headed back home on Sunday. We decided to come South back through eastern Kentucky back through Johnson City Tn. and back home to North Alabama. All at once all the gauges died on our truck and about 2 miles and we are sitting on the side of a road just outside of a town called Louisa, and I didn't even know what highway it was without looking on GPS and I google a towing service and I was blessed that Billy's number was the first one came up. I called him on Sunday afternoon about 1230- 1:00 pm and told him I needed a to get to an auto parts store to purchase a battery so we could get on our way. All the time thinking that I had a bad alternator. Instead of him taking advantage of an old man stranded and towing me as I ask, he offered to bring me a battery. He was there in about 30 minutes. After that he checked my alternator and yes it was not charging. He followed me to Auto Zone with the new battery in and when we got there told me that he was going to put me on an alternator. His brother came and helped with the installation of the alternator and they had me back on the road in less than an hour. Instead of taking advantage of me, they were only going to charge me $70.00 to come bring me a battery, get me off the side of the road, install and alternator and on top of that took the new battery back and put my old battery back in because there was nothing wrong with it. How blessed I was that God worked it out so I called Billy. Just reinforced what I already knew, that there are good people left in the world. Thank you Billy for your kindness and your help and tell your brother thank you too. You fella's were the best.

We were on our way to West Virginia when we had our tire completely come off of our camper. The axle was bent on the camper and we were not able to move anywhere. These guys stopped to see if we needed any help. They were able to get our camper off the road for the night at a hotel. This was on a Sunday night before a holiday out in the middle of no where in Kentucky. The next day these guys came back to the hotel we were staying at and changed out the old axle on the camper and replaced it with a new one. These guys ran all over hell’s half acre to find an axle and some tires to fit my camper. I can’t say enough about the job these guys did. They went above and beyond what we were expecting. I would with out a doubt recommend this company for anyone who breaks down in that area of Kentucky and are in need of some help.

These guys are the only ones to call! We had some issues with both our cars on our farm in Fort Gay. They were the only ones to come out late In The evening and answer the phone promptly. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable! They treated us with respect and got the job done in a matter of minutes!
