I'm giving two stars because they do great work as far as mechanics with skill in their profession. Having said that, there is no excuse for being completely aware that the original job was quoted at around $300 and knowing I was barley able to pay for that. To later in the job finding out that the truck needs a few more things done in order to finish the job, jacking the price up expediently. Didn't receive a call to explain what was needed or that was going to cost double the original price. ( I even called them twice, no one mentioned anything) arrive to pay and pick up truck and told me almost $700.. mind you this was only supposed to be a simple brake pads job.. boy did we stand corrected. I know a auto repair quote can never be exact but common sense would tell you$400+ difference deserved a little communication. Shame to be taken advantage of by local businesses.

Took our car in Monday June 19 to get parts put on told the guy we needed it back by no later than Thursday because that was our only vehicle said it wouldn’t be a problem Thursday came around they still hadn’t even started on it finally got sick and tired of waiting and went and got it Friday afternoon wouldn’t recommend endless you wanna wait forever to get your stuff worked on

I would give this company 1,000 stars if I could! Not only did they provide towing services, but they also fixed everything that was wrong with my vehicle. My car was towed on Wednesday & by Friday morning, I received a call letting me know that my car was fixed! On top of that, the company offered to bring my car back to me! It’s hard to find service as good as that in this area & I’ll definitely be taking my car to this company for any issues in the future! Overall, an amazing company who works EXTREMELY fast to solve an issue with great prices as well!!! Thank you!Service: Auto battery maintenance

They changed the water pump on our 2003 Dodge Durango. Called us the next morning to tell us the car was ready and sent the courtesy car to pick us up. Wow!

i was in a hurry and was going to be late for work i went in there almost in tears about my tires but the guy in yhe office told the guy that fixed my tireto take me in and fix me up right then ... both of the gentlemen were super nice and very helpful.. I needed a quote for some other things related to my tires and i thought the quote was a little more than I was hoping for but the guy in the office said he would work with me about maybe even if I had to come in and put some money down and wait until my next paycheck to pay it off and get the work done at that time... good people to work with from my experience so far

Took my vehicle in for a diagnostic. After a few days, went back to check and was presented with a bill for over $800 for unauthorized repairs they had made (which could have been done personally). No phone call to even ask.Service: Auto engine diagnostic
