“Our stay was good. Checked in pretty quickly, but after the initial swipe of our key card, it wouldn't work again. We also encountered two other people at the front desk needing their room keys reset as well, so perhaps something wasn't working properly, I have no idea. The bed was comfortable and clean. However, the bathroom towels looked like they had dirty make-up smudges like they did not get very clean in the laundry; we didn't use those. Having a mini-fridge and microwave in the room was great! We had been traveling with a cooler, so I put my ice packs in the tiny freezer portion of the mini-fridge, and to my surprise, they were frozen solid in the morning. I liked that the toiletries were in large bottles so it saves plastic waste. The breakfast in the morning was good. Plenty of options: eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, pancakes, cereal, muffins, cinnamon rolls, toast, bagels, yogurt, and oatmeal. I appreciated having vanilla creamer for the coffee, but the cups did not have sleeves, so it was HOT on our hands, yikes! Overall, I would stay here again.”
