He was able to tell me exactly what I needed and was able to confirm what the problem was because he had encountered this issue many times. He gave me an upfront price with options for using higher quality parts if I chose to. I dropped my vehicle off on New Years Eve and had it back in one week with a new transmission. He had a very clean and professionally ran shop that I was very impressed with.
