I've used this pharmacy since I moved here in 2020 as it was recommended to be by my whole family here. Since they sold out and brought in all new people it's absolutely horrible. My Dr will call and refill my prescription for 6 months and when I go to refill they have no refills on anything for me. I watch my Dr do this so I know it's not the Dr. Then God forbid if they would call and fix it like they are supposed to that's my jobThese people are dealing with people's lives here they need to get it together and even when you call it in and wait for 2 days to pick it up it's still not ready and you wait for at least 30 minutes. Time to go elsewhere it's getting worse not better

I have used this Pharmacy for years, it is convenient and at one time the service was top of the line. Things are completely different since the change of ownership was passed. Completely different staff than before, longer waits, always seems to be an issue having things filled even on prescriptions I have been having filled here for years. The new ownership needs to understand their customers needs and return to providing better service. I suspect that since the new owners are the children of the previous owners they are more worried about profit instead of taking care of customers. This model typically does not equate to good business in the long run as customers grown tired and take their business elsewhere.

I love the staff here. All of them are very nice and patient with everyone. It does tk time to get meds filled as you have to remember you are not the only one they are filling meds for. I normally go through the drive thru but if it has more than 4 cars I will go in to mk it faster. Charlotte is an absolute blessing to me and anyone else she helps. A BIG thank you to all the staff. You are amazing!!!

Extremely slow service. Even hours after my prescription is called in it takes sometimes 20-30 minutes to just get my prescription. I see others come in after and get theirs before mine. Just feel like they don't want my business with the speed of service
