I have used this pharmacy for 19 years and they have NEVER let me down. If I have a general question, I can call Don with confidence that he is knowledgeable and always knows what to do. Staff goes above and beyond accessing insurance info and quickly process prescription orders. Thank you for dependable and outstanding service over the last 19 years-KUDOS!!

They lost my birth control Rx, had rude staff who refused to help, and very negative attitudes when I asked them what happened to my Rx. Thompson Drug East Bernstadt was able to recover the info that Thompson Downtown had lost, and that's when I decided to switch my pharmacy to Thompson EB!
