Spectrum has gotten to be so poor with customer service! You pay for an anytime upgrade but they don't let you upgrade. You finance & pay off 5 phones but they won't let you finance 1 for an upgrade. When you click on terms and conditions, it takes you nowhere. The entire site is completely full of false advertising it's insane!

No complaints on the staff, they were doing their best! A customer should not have to wait for over 30 minutes to return their equipment!! Spectrum needs a dedicated customer service person to handle those needs.

The store is never open ! There are tons of missed drop offs from ups and fedex on the doors. This is the 3rd time I’ve come by and no one is in the store. I’ve watched about 20 people come by needing assistance and the doors are locked. No one in the building. This is ridiculous. Spectrum do better !!!

A nightmare of a transfer of service. Still not right 2 months later. Unprofessional techs coming to my home. Disappointed to say the very least. Do better! You are too expensive not to work properly.

Stopped by to drop off a modem. We had to sign in and wait while there are only two people working, who are also switching people over to new cell service, which Spectrum is highly touting. Waited over an hour and left because we were still 3rd in line....just to drop off a modem.??♀️??♀️??♀️ Do better, Spectrum!

All in one media stop. Was very busy ( and hard to find with the construction) but I got in and out and what I needed taken care of quickly and with friendly service.

I’m only giving 5 stars because the gentleman running the store today, ALONE, on only his 3rd day on the job, was working his tail off and doing his absolute best. Get this man some more help in the store and give him a raise!

Took a return package there, but I didn't realize they open at 10 am. They saw me with a package outside and ran and hid. Maybe computers are not on or something. Disappointing. Also, when I came back the next day, one of them hit me slightly and rubbed a small amount of butter into each inner elbow area.
