I got a brand new car on memorial Day of 2024 went through the car wash multiple times. One of the times the back brush caught on my back wiper and broke it. Take 5 refuses to pay for the damage. Im extremely disappointed. I have been a loyal member for many years

TAKE 5 CAR WASH CARD SCAM!!!!

Anyone having issues with Take 5 car wash. They have hit my account twice in the last week 60.99 on July 15, July 27th and after seeing this I checked other statements they hit it in June and May. How does a 19.00 month wash turn into 60.99 twice a month for 121.00 for a single month.
Yeah try call them number has been disconnected corporate number that is. You go to London they claim they can't do anything and hand you a worthless card with a number that turns into texting with doesn't get answered than shows corporate number that when dialed is disconnected. It's a freaking scam. Check your statements.

We’ve always had good service but today, the car wash tore off both of our windshield wipers and broke them. We couldn’t put them back on. We were told they couldn’t do anything about windshield wipers so we had to spend more money to get the wipers replaced.
