Paul is a small business owner and I believe an honest man. Automatic transmissions are very complicated and I know, I'm a mechanic also. It takes many hours of work to repair and extra attention to detail. He did a good job repairing mine. I'm glad I could help him and his family by taking my truck to him.

I just had my transmission rebuilt on a 99 Tahoe. Paul was honest and reasonable. He did an excellent job on it and told me that I had a ball joint getting ready to go out. Highly recommend him if anyone needs an honest man for a mechanic.

I was passing through town when my serpentine belt shredded. My roadside service chose Paul's as thr nearest auto repair shop. I called ahead of time to let them know i was coming and they had the belt ready to put on. They were fair priced and friendly. I highly recommend Paul's for anyone looking for an honest mechanic in the London area.

Sorry to say I did not read the reviews on this man. I just got took by this man Pauls transmission US 25.He charge me 1200 to fix a transmission and he did not fix it because it still would not shift correctly. He was suppose to warranty it for 90 days, but two days later when I went bqck to him, he refused to do so.

Stay Far Away!! Our transmission went out in London KY. Paul wouldn't accept anything accept cash since we were from out of town. He claimed he fixed our transmssion charged us $1100 cash and we got 70 miles down the road just to find he never... (More) Stay Far Away!! Our transmission went out in London KY. Paul wouldn't accept anything accept cash since we were from out of town. He claimed he fixed our transmssion charged us $1100 cash and we got 70 miles down the road just to find he never fixed our transmission, only did some super temporary "fix" just to get us out of town. We had to trade in the vehicle in Lexington. Paul wouldn't return our phone calls as I'm sure he knew exactly what he did. Fortunately I got a letter from the dealership that I traded my 2003 Tahoe in that stated the transmission was bad, no one fixed it, so we should be able to get a judgment in small claims court. I don't want anyone to go through what we had to go through. We spent several nights in a hotel waiting for him to "fix" our transmission. Don't go to this guy, he is a scammer!!! I will also be reporting him to everywhere in KY that keeps track of business'.
