“The people here are amazing. I don't know if the young lady, Destiny, is in any management position, but I think she should be. I came in the other day with my zfold 3 inside screen not responding to touch. Destiny probably spent 2 hours on hold on the phone, the computers were acting up. She finally gets to the right people, and my phone started working. She stayed on the line, got the information I needed, and gave it to me so in case something else happens to my phone. The last time I had to deal with a cell phone issue, my better half went almost 2 weeks without her phone. So I think she went above and beyond for a cranky old veteran”
