I was traveling solo with my kids and I was at the halfway point of my trip - 2.5 hours from home, 2.5 hours to my parents - when my engine overheated. I limped over to Lunsford and they quickly diagnosed the issue.
At first, it seemed like I would have to call my husband to drive the 2.5 hours there to pick me up since the part needed to probably be ordered, but they figured out a solution with the parts they had.
I am so grateful for their kindness, especially on a Friday afternoon when they could have dismissed me and been done for the day. We were able to complete the journey to my parent's home to celebrate a few birthdays together. Great people, highly recommend!

Gave them $2,500 to buy a transmission and fix my car. They told me it was done and when I went to get it, they said I owed them this big bill!! They done things to my car without my permission because they knew I only had enough money to pay them what we agreed upon! They are a bunch of crooks and will screw u over anyway that they can. I don't know why somebody hasn't shut this shop down because they are theives. I'm on disability and now I have no way to go to the dr or go to the grocery store or anything. If your smart, u wouldn't take a bicycle to them to fix or they would make up all kinds of stuff they done to it and charge u $5,000. Everything extra that they said they sone to my car, I just had another shop put it all on new!!

The most sorry shop possible. DO NOT BRING ANYTHINGPlease find me do not care to elaborate or explain.Asked the guy to fix a fuel pump, and power steering pump.Guy only fixes the fuel pump and puts on faulty power steering. Bring it back for warranty, the little gremlin starts purchasing over a thousand dollars in parts without calling or concerning me at all. Okay realize he’s a scam artist and tell him to put my (one installed part so far and quite possibly the quickest installation which I never asked for back on the car) then cuts my power steering boot like the fraud he is. They are shady for a little bit of cash, and will try to rob your vehicle. I couldn’t guarantee you my catalytic converter is still on… therefore I would hope you go anywhere else, definitely if you are a woman, younger, or inexperienced cause they do seem to have a target group. I pulled in with a fully functional car. I am now loading onto a trailer.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Jessie parker works for Lunsford in London Kentucky, he will sabotage your car after I not letting him have my car,he told me it should be junked,I said no,so he didn't try fixing and told me he did,he charged me for tow ,and work he didn't do,kept my converter,unhooked the cable to my gears so it wouldn't move and no telling what else he messed up on it,he's a real s.o.b for a senior this way and knowing I don't have much income

Persistent! We sent our vehicle to them, it wouldn't do anything! The mechanic never gave up and found the problem. I am impressed by their dedication to their customers, their good manners, and their fair pricing. We will definitely be a repeat customer. Give them a shot, they won't disappoint you!

Paid 1000 bucks for my breaks to be fixed 2 days later I have no breaks and almost get killed didn’t even check anything after they serviced it the first time never using them again wouldn’t suggest using them unless you want to total your vehicleService: Auto brake repair
