5/5. I think not!!! When our car was in a minor accident we needed to be sure the repairs were done correctly in the 30 day rental car timeline approved by insurance. We were told they would definitely have it done. The repairs dragged out 2 weeks past the dates given.. We never received updates unless we drove to the shop, no calls were ever answered, the staff blamed the manager for being out, (who discussed her personal issues numerous times) and they neglected to order any parts until our rental was due to be returned. We went today to see if the car was done. It was returned to us with a verbal IOU for parts and labor to be completed at some future date. (I'm not holding my breath) and the damaged parts were reinstalled until then. Don't spend your money here !!! Just don't!
