If I could give -10 stars, I would. They told me they could do my taxes. Gave them my tax info (before April 18) and never heard back from them again. I emailed and called countless times. Now, I have to pay late fees. Keep in mind their phone number doesn’t even work now. Avoid this place of “business” and save yourself the time/money. It’s become an absolute disgrace. If anyone knows how to contact them at this point, that would be great!

She did my taxes and filed them incorrectly and then never got them sent to the IRS. She will not answer your phone calls or emails or facebook messages. I called the IRS and they said my taxes were never sent and so now I'm going to another preparer to get them fixed. Just got a letter saying my 2018 Taxes were sent incorrectly. She will not reply to you if you have an issue. I am contacting a lawyer as I'm told I owe $4000 for 2018.

My mother had been going to Kelly for years, so this year she took me. But with this experience she will not be receiving our business ever again. My experience with Kelly’s Tax Service was awful. I highly do NOT recommend them, they were completely unprofessional. I had started the process to get my taxes in early April, as of writing this it’s almost August. They had been apparently trying to submit my taxes online “everyday”, till May 7th. On that day, after it not working for the past month, we decided to submit it through papers. I waited the appropriate 4 to 6 weeks to see if my taxes had gone through, which they hadn’t. In this time I had contacted them and they were leaving for the entire month of June. I tried being patient with them so, I had waited till July to give them a call. But, they weren’t in or didn’t have a voicemail set up. I had contacted them through their facebook page to see when they were in, but it seemed that they were in on a sporadic schedule. I had asked for them to tell me what day they would be in, so that maybe I could figure out anything about my taxes. But they never got back to me. I had messaged them twice and they left me on read, my mom also messaged them and same happened to her. I just wanted to have my taxes done, I didn’t know it was going to be such a nightmare. They lack communication and professionalism. If you use them be careful and keep a close eye on them, you might not get your money or a call for MONTHS. As of now, I still don’t have my taxes and they have not replied.

Very professional, hard working, and WONDERFUL AMAZING PEOPLE. Will go out of their way to help anybody. They try their best and hardest for everybody even when they have so much on them!
