Last year I filed with them for the first time after hearing from some friends about how easy and quick the women who did their taxes made it all. I set an appointment went in Melissa Matthews was the best hands down. She explained what I was getting and why and even helped me get the additional child tax credit. I got approved for the refund advance and had money before I pulled out of the parking lot! I will always use this specific H&R Block. Everyone in the office was very nice the receptionist talked to me while I waited instead of ignoring my presence like most places do.

While waiting on our stimulus to come on our Emerald card everything was fine had our card added to My Block app and was able to c our balance and transactions!! Soon has it was time to receive or stimulus everything has disappeared and can't get no help messaged them on FB app 4 day's ago and still no reply!! We tried to readd our card and it won't let us!!

Not good I did not get my Federal money yet but got my state they tock all of state but 63$ Don't think I will use them again think they may have taken all of my Federal money.

I've had my taxes done here for the past 2 years with no previous complaints. But today I called to make an appointment and the woman on the phone told me that as long as I was there before 6 I didn't need an appointment. So I said ok. Something came up and we ended up not making it there till 5:45, but it was still before 6 pm and all the lights were off and the door was locked. Thinking of taking my business elsewhere this year. I dont have any real loyalty to them, it was just convenient.
