I never get my packages on time, I hate FedEx. I wish I had the option to make sure none of my mail gets delivered using FedEx. Unfortunately, I can't control that on most websites.

I just got a message this afternoon and it showed I got my macrame when I clicked the link , the picture wasn't my home. You can't talk to anyone local office without calling g thw 1 800 number. The driver and package delivery person needed to read the address before dropping off packaging. This was medicine, and I can't talk to a human in thw London Ky office to get help with this. Worst delivery company ever....

I never leave reviews but this was warranted. Asked to print 1 sheet of paper and mail a certificate. Wouldn’t even let me print a page. Said “go to the library”. Rude and uncaring service at this location.

I ordered tires and fed ex said they were delivered Wednesday morning around 8am and I was home all day and nobody ever pulled into my driveway or knocked on my door and nobody in my household signed for my tires but fed ex claims the driver delivered 4 tires to my address in East Bernstadt Kentucky but on there tracking it shows delivered in London Kentucky and signed by a j joe so they did a one day investigation and still claiming that I received my tires I'm so sick of the runaround I've never known of so many dishonest people they are liars I'll be contacting there corporate office and getting to the bottom of this. They surely don't deserve any stars

The Driver accidentally left my package at the wrong address, called facility and they had it fixed with in minutes, was some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Fed Ex left my package in my muddy driveway in the pouring rain instead of my porch. Very unprofessional. They could have bagged it at least!

This location is extremely fortunate to have Gerald O’Toole as the face of the company. He is deserving of “The Five Star Award” yet I can’t find anywhere on the FedEx website to nominate the man or at least explain to headquarters his significance that many many people see every day.I honestly feel he deserves being recognized as employee of the year not just for his timely service that many people can perform. His willingness to track down packages with high IQ product knowledge backed with an obvious concern that packages are located for people as individual beings. Aka the man is companionate about his role in customer service and that has earned my and many many others respect. I’d never choose another carrier. Period.

Got home package was laying in the middle of my porch. Checked video Driver walked along our ramp and Threw the package on to the porch. The distance walked from the truck to where the driver threw the package was maybe 2 steps shorter than walking up our ramp and placing package on porch. This driver which I did not recognize as one of our normal drivers obviously does not care for peoples packages.

The service personel was extremely understanding and nice. I was unable to sign for my package at the time of delivery due to being at work. I went to the facility and my driver wasn't due back until after closing time. The workers allowed me to come by after hours to pick up my package! So greatful for dedicated, hard workers!
