Horrible horrible place. Explained thoroughly what I wanted and the guy couldn't get a simple acrylic frenchtip done. He refused to fix them and told me just to choose a color to paint over them. Left super upset, he still charged almost 50 dollars and I had to go to a different salon and pay to have his mistakes taken off and then finally got my simple acrylic Frenchtip. Lol place is such a joke not to mention all the screaming babies crawling around crying on the lobby floor from the employees and they were to busy to tend to them or say anything, just super not professional and not relaxing enjoyable, or relaxing at all.

I was so tired that night I had worked 12 ,hours and actually they looked descent that night I even left a 15 tip and if I would have stayed another day in London I would have definitely went back. The guy wasn't even friendly

I do not recommend this place whatsoever. I came here on September 7th, 2023 for my 16th birthday. The aura of the place was moody and chaotic. There was a child running around and caused my nail lady to have to leave to run after her. My nail lady didn't wear gloves, didn't use sanitary tools, wasn't gentle at all with my nails, and the color I asked for wasn't even close to what I got. She put this stuff on my nails that made them sting really bad. She wasn't being careful at all with the nail file and that was probably the part that hurt the most. Yes, it hurt. Genuinely caused me pain. The nails turned out a pretty color but not at all what I had originally asked for. I asked for a dark reddish/brownish color and I got a dark pink/purple magenta color. They are pretty, and it's been almost a week since and they're holding up pretty well, but they aren't at all worth the pain I went thru to get them. Please do not go here. You'll probably get an infection or something of the sort. This set alone was $58. Be safe you guys.

They made my nails crooked, gave me the wrong color although I showed them 3 times exactly what color I want with pictures. I asked for square shape and the gave me "coffin" shaped. I asked them to put the letter "J" with small diamonds on my ring fingers and they put it on the sides of my nails. Completely crooked and very uneven, the glue is super messy and is clearly visible. They didn't check my cuticles or put before cleanser on my finger nails.
