The room was roache infected needs fumigation I killed like 20 roaches ,blood stain on bathroom the short guy in desk rude, I can't expect too much from a hotel like this but no lie see your self

This hotel is barely ok. The room had no bugs but smelled, the bed was slightly uncomfortable, they had cereal but no milk, bagels with a broken toaster, but the coffee was decent. I guess you get what you pay for and it was cheap. Probably wouldn't stay again.

This should only be a stay of last resort! The 3rd floor top floor has had serious leaking and not repaired. The smell of mildew is quite prominent. The bathroom in our room needed a serious disinfectant cleaning. Unfortunately we had car trouble and didn't have a choice. Next time we sleep in the car. Certainly not worth $109 a night. We are a choice hotel club member and absolutely expected a little better.

We stopped here while traveling. If we weren't beyond exhausted and unable to drive to find another motel, we would have!! This place was something from your nightmares. The first room we were given was not cleaned. I don't mean it was not "clean" to my personal standards. I mean basic things. The beds were not even made, the trash was full, and there were wrappers all over the floor. The lady at the front desk thoroughly apologized and took us to another room. The beds were made. That's the only bonus. There was a smell in the room and throughout the whole place. I can only describe it as a chemical smell, maybe from bug spray? There were dogs in the room across the hall barking. There was a breakfast, but we did not even try it because after making coffee in our room, we couldn't drink it. It tastes like bug spray. In the hallway that morning there were dead roaches and bugs everywhere. So, ya, no breakfast for us. We ran out of there.
We really should have just left the moment we saw the first room. We were just so exhausted and it was 2am, we just needed to sleep for a few hours.
Rooms: Filthy, roaches and smell of bug spray.
Noteworthy details: Bugs, filthy, and a smell of bug spray the you can't get out of your nose. Dogs barking in the hotel. Just don't stay here.

Rooms are amazing. Staff very friendly and very picky about how clean the rooms are. Head housekeeper very professional, makes sure the jobs done ?.
Rooms: Very clean
Food & drinks: Cost to much.

It was good for the most part the only thing bad about it is it kinda smells like the inside of a vent like it has a pipe smell but over all it's good the beds are comfortable and the pool is nice
And major props to the manager
Rooms: There is a big desk in there and 2 comfortable beds there alot of nearby activities and it's wheel chair accessible

The room was not clean. There were roaches crawling through the whole night. I had to wrap my purse in a plastic bag to make sure nothing gets in there. The bed coverings were dirty with yellow spots. The staff was ok, not impressed with the response of my complaint, no empathy, very unconcerned. We travel interstate 75 S often and have stayed on many hotels along the way. Worse experience ever. If you have another choice don’t stay here.

Room was fine. Outdated, but they had the lobby decorated really cute and it felt homey. We had no issues. The pool was nice and clean and the lady who checked us in was sweet. Ursula was her name. ?❤️
