Mr. Prichard & the staff at this bank are some of the friendliest & most helpful that I've ever encountered in over 60 years of banking experience, I'll forever be grateful to them for going out of their way to help me, this will be my bank until I leave this world. Thank you all!

If I could put 0 stars I would. I went there and applied for a car loan on Monday. They guy (Joel) said that it will take an hour or so so we waited around all day for him to call. So I called back and he said he was busy and he would call back right away. I never got a call now it's Thursday and I've called him at least twice a day since then. Oh yeah by the way the car has been sold because the guy would never answer or return my calls! If you want to get a car loan don't go there! If he would of done his job in the first place and called me back I would of went on somewhere else and took my business else where.
