Let’s start with how lazy and rude the parts counter is, as the last review stated you walk in and just stand there waiting fir a response can no help you, that doesn’t exist, nobody else in store besides employees and they sit and talk amongst themselves and literally just ignore customers. Secondly all these good reviews everyone is reading ? are from the old location basically, when this shop was across street yes these guys were very friendly and helpful, I agree with most all of the reviews. Now they have moved in this new building customer service just sucks. And if you read all through the reviews the person responding to each reviews only responds to a 5 star review and some of those reviews are family members reviewing this place. Bottom line after they moved over to this location I believe the spring of 2023 things are not what it used to be. Not sure what happened beside you have guys standing behind counter with no customer service skills what so ever. Only thing you have to do walk in and watch you’ll see everyone sitting down, you’ll walk up to counter and they flat out ignore you, it’s like now we’ve moved up in the world with our new fancy building we don’t need your business or money we have plenty look at our new building. Lol And I’d say there right because a few years of reviews like this you want have much business beside the boss shop coming up from Corbin buying parts. Good luck guys you had a very good shop across street where almost all of your 5 star reviews are coming from old location. So anyone reading this review they just moved to this new building and the reviews your reading are all from the old location where the personality was if we can help we will one way it another. Now since they moved in new building 2023 they could care less if you even walk in. Save your time keep trucking on to Knoxville or Lexington. Want be back guys they don’t need our money they got plenty just look at that new building apparently it’s paid in full judging by the way you get treated when you walk in. Find another parts source. Maybe now the family members can go online again and give all 5 stars. It might work for a minute but after someone walks in and sees for themselves yeah it will change. Lol sorry guys I want be back. Let’s see if I get a response from this review!! Waiting

This is the rudest international dealership you can ever go to. I literally walk in and stood there for 45 minutes waiting on someone to say hi or anything they stayed at their computers I asked them were his parts he said right here and that was it stuck there another 20 minutes no one gave me any service whatsoever, and then I turned around and walked out. Keep in mind I am the only one who was there no other customers they watched me walk out and did not say a word almost as if they did not want to serve me or help me or even want me in the building I spent over $80,000 with these people I would never go to a International dealership again I’ll take my chances elsewhere

One of the worst experiences I have had with a international truck dealership.. I had horrible service I was over the road when my truck ran hot so I pull it in to have them fix the problem letting them know what was going on my fan was not kicking on to keep the engine cool. They said ok all I ask them to do was send estimates before work was started to fix the fan problem so the truck wont over heat. I arrived at 8am when they opened I call maybe 2 time for up dates was informed they would start after lunch.. finally got a call back they said they can't find the problem why the fans not kicking in and that I had 2 options the first was to pay them $495 for a Diagnosis they say they did but couldn't come up with the problem and he can unhook the Sensor to keep the fan running why not just fix it??? WOW YOU WONT ME TO PAY FOR A DIAGNOSIS THAT YOU DIDN'T GIVE??? Are leave it over night and will dig deeper to find out the problem and change you $495 + $185 an hr until we do When clearly we know the problem is the fan not kicking on. This is a Terrible and scandalous way to do business Just trying to get money out of customers because they stuck over the road I would advise any trucking company if you have any breakdowns and you're near this spot to simply ride by or get it tow somewhere else quick fast in a hurry because these people are only looking to take your money and not help you .. I was so disappointed with the way I was being treated and handled doing business I took my truck from up there only to find out when i get a fix it was the clutch fan and any diesel mechanic knows this was a quick diagnosis with the fan not kicking on please don't do business with these people!!!! This was a stick up for $495!!! I hope a pary that are race wasn't the reason why we were Treated so badly

I'm kind of an international guy because all of my trucks are international all of my tractors are international so I've been with the international brand since the late sixties and my grandfather and my father before me all had internationals these guys are great the service guy Dave has been very helpful to me he helped me diagnose some problems with my braking system on one of my trucks that was an intermittent issue after a couple hours of working on it they figured out that the whole brake system had a defect in it once the defect was repaired I was able to stop 80,000 lb loads like I should have been to begin with it's a 21 year old truck and they still can work on it and it's a valuable asset to have someone who knows their product lines like these guys do

If I could give 20 stars they would certainly deserve it. We took our motorhome there for some brake issues and air conditioning issues. David the service manager was fantastic and got us in as soon as we arrived. Kenny did most of the work assisted by other team members. We are very indebted to their professionalism and determination to get the job done right. We feel 100% safe going down the road after they worked on everything. These guys are absolutely the best. They can fully be trusted to do an honest job.

Stopped to get some batteries replaced , a chair in a roped off part of the shop was the waiting room yes cant make this up and dod i mention a garbage tru parked next to the chair .no rest rooms available. And no batteries available imagine a millilion dollar shop and no batteries on stock 3 hrs later thanks to advance auto 4 batteries show up after a nice mark up and 900.00 dollars out the door with a bad alternator come to find in toledo ohio thanks but no thanks please stay away at all cost youve been warned
